Big money
It's amazing how much my bank accounts are growing bit playing golf or buying new equipment.Im saving almost a grand a month so far.The equipment buying usually happens early spring for me.And the greens fees of $50 to $100 a round a few times a week are what really adds up. I know this is a golf forum and for peeps that play golf.Im really getting used to and liking saving $1000 a month. Its almost making my hiatus from the game worth it MattF, tony@CIC and Rickp 3 Quote Keep it in the short stuff

Kenny B
agree with your post.Im just one who likes playing different courses vs the same one all the time.Thinking I need to change my outlooks and go for the better deals. It gets expensive playing a new course every time out Take the money you are saving now; buy a membership at a nice club that you like; play as much as you like; and then treat yourself to another course once a month. My wife and I like to travel to play golf, so we sometimes drive a few hours for a long weekend, but we always have our club to come home to play anytime we want. Playing a new course all the time is nice, but when you play a course all the time, I think it gives you a better chance to make improvements in your game. There is something to be said for familiarity and consistency of conditions. null
$1000 a month on golf? Golf isn't the problem dude. How much you choose to spend playing golf is the issue. Nobody is making you spend money on new equipment each year, or play multiple times a week at courses that cost upwards of $100 to play.
