From 55* and playing in a long sleeve shirt yesterday to this.....snow on the putting green!!  😱

I am only posting this so you Floridians and Arizonians can gloat!!  😫

I'll see your snow on the green and raise you snow in the driveway and 17º  🥶

IMG_1494.jpeg.2e6da799e97203fad839f3526bf77bf5.jpeg

The snow is so dry that I could blow it off the driveway with my leaf blower yesterday... so much fun, I did the neighbors on each side of me; caveat...  their driveways are much, much smaller than mine!!!

Woke up this morning and it's snowing hard... bigger flakes.  I don't know if the leaf blower will work if it gets too deep.  Might be a shovel day!  💩

17º again this morning; warmed all the way up to 22º.  However, the 14mph wind was just brutal out shoveling the driveway today.  I guess it could be described as golf exercise... sorta.

It was so cold today that I saw a lawyer with his hand in his own pocket.

Snowed again last night with wind drifts on my porch.  😠  Was about to head out and shovel my driveway, but now it's snowing again... bigger flakes, only 23º.  I saw on the news that I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass to Seattle is closed both directions.  I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.  It's been in Seattle since Sunday morning; not getting here today!!

Snow should let up in an hour or so.  Maybe I'll shovel then, or maybe just sit inside and watch the MGS Donor Raffle.  😉

Well, my next round of golf will probably be in Palm Springs in 18 days... assuming air travel is back to normal.  I haven't picked up a club since the day after Christmas.  Snow, then cold with wind.  Sun is out today but overnight low was -2ºF.  More snow coming all next week.  We don't get this weather this early in the winter; usually Jan/Feb and only for a week or so.

A pleasant surprise for January 1st. 75 degrees and sunny. Played golf already today in shorts and a golf shirt. Starting off the new year right with this weather. I won't last long though.

It's extremely warm for this time of year, right now it's 75 degrees and partly cloudy and the wind has been around 15-25 mph. We're looking to get some pretty bad storms later on This evening and into tonight. I'm hoping it's just going to be some strong winds and rain and that the tornados stay away.

After Christmas temperatures in the 70s, we're turning colder tomorrow.  Today it's raining but should stop for a few hours this afternoon (giving me a window to fire up the Kamado and cook some chicken and some hot dogs.  Forecast for next week brings sub freezing nighttime temps and warming up to upper 30s and 40s for most of the week, but I believe there may be a few days that will get up into the 50s.  If we can keep the thunderstorms and rain at bay, should be able to play some golf by Wednesday.

Going from 70s to 40s overnight tonight. Even have a slight chance of flurries tomorrow AM. Crazy Louisiana weather ahead, and will be here through February. Warm, then cold, and definitely soggy. I HATE this time of year here.

57* this morning and foggy / misty out.  Supposed to dry out a little today and stay warmish.  Temps drop overnight and maybe we get some snow tomorrow.

Currently in the low 80's here, however, we've got a cold front moving through tonight so temps will be in the high  60's  tomorrow. That still beats what we have at our Ohio Condo - as seen from our Ring doorbell this morning .

We had a line of severe storms roll through last night and spent several hours under a tornado watch. Tonight's forecast calls for temps in the high 20's and a chance of snow after having high temps in the 70's yesterday.

My only concern is with the possibility of icy roads. I don't think it'll happen, but my wife has to take her mom for a doctor's appointment in the morning.

Yesterday sunny and 75 degrees

Today rain with a high of 63 degrees

Tomorrow supposed to wake up to 2" to 5" of snow starting 11:00 tonight and ending by 10 am.

If you don't like the weather in East Tennessee wait 15 minutes and it will change.

Got into the 20s last night and now, at 3PM, it's still in the 20s.   Wasn't supposed to get up past low 30s but doesn't appear that it will break 30 today.  Slightly warmer temps tomorrow and supposed to be in the 50s for our round Wednesday.  And, to think that just last week, we could play in shorts.

Woke up to this....  😩 Only on the grass and deck up to now, the roads are still clear, probably too warm from the last few days of high 50's..

We got maybe 2 inches of snow after snowing for several days; fine powder, great for skiing!!  Last two days were sunny and very cold... down below 0º at night. Now it's warming up; 23º heading for 37º this afternoon... maybe.  We have a Winter Weather Advisory in effect for 2 inches of snow this morning... then 0.1 inch of freezing rain.  Swell!!  I get to shovel the driveway again!!
