Instant Pot

Who has one of the Instant Pot Pressure Cookers?  My buddy does wings and ribs in his and they are crazy good.  I was watching youtube on them last night and I think I will get me one.  Im trying to drop some pounds so I am not sure if it is the best idea, but my options seem to be almost unlimited with what I can do with one.

My wife has one. She loves it!  Uses it every week!  Crazy good food comes out of that machine.

It's really incredible. We make pulled pork on it all the time and it comes out just as good as when done in a crock pot in a fraction of the time

I got my wife the Ninja Foodie because it's both an instant pot and an air fryer, I love it more than she does!

My neighbor has one.  Her husband complained after it was used once, it's been sitting gathering dust.  We have an air fryer and use it quite often so we are thinking of getting an instapot as well or the combo Ninja Foodie.  I love to cook, but man, doing dishes has a been a pain the last week (our dishwasher's heating element decided to go up and the replacement part is taking it's sweet time from Amazon since it's a lower priority due to the Corona virus).

Picked a 6qt one up on Tuesday. First night I made mac n cheese.  Came out decent and it will take a few tries to perfect it. Last night I made wings and they were good, but agsin, trial and error. 

Tonight I made a couple adjustment to my wing set up and they were dang near chicken wing perfection.

Been using mine for a couple years now.  My go to dishes are pork chops and ribs.  Pulled pork if we forget to put it in the crock pot, white chicken chili is amazing and so much faster.

Also if you haven't tried corn on the cob yet you are missing out.

I use ours as a rice cooker.  It will produce some of the fluffiest, most tender rice youve ever made.  Many nights I will come home from, pop some rice and grilled chicken breast in the Instant Pot and in 10 minutes dinner is ready.

I did a Buddhist meditation retreat last year and the sensei made some vegan chilli in his Instant Pot that was stupid good.  Im normally not a fan of no-meat chilli (and you could argue it was really more of a soup than it was a chilli) but it was quite good.
