So between that my work out and then absolutely WHAILING my knee into the tail gate as I attemped to jump into the bed to help slide it farther in... I am quite sore today. Mostly the knee. Never seen a knot there before. All in all this should make the 18holes im playing tomorrow.... maybe a little harder than I would like. I helped a neighbor go pick up a treadmill one time. I learned a valuable lesson that day. Don't help anyone go pick up stuff they bought on FB marketplace that'll "only take a minute". I spent an hour and half disassembling it to fit through the 28" door in the cat-lady's house from hell (I'm allergic to cats). Pretty sure I was rewarded with a single lukewarm Bud Light after getting it down to his basement, and I think it stayed there when they moved out. sirchunksalot, Michael.Sandoval33, ZJeb67 and 7 others 10 Quote Titleist TSR3 // Tensei 1K Black 65g Titleist TSR3 3W 15* // HZRDOUS Black 70g Titleist U505 2i // HZRDOUS Black 85g Taylormade P770 4-PW // Nippon NS Pro Modus 3 105g Callaway JAWS MD5 50* Callaway JAWS Raw 54* / 58* Taylormade Spider GTX Single Bend Splitback / Ping Zing 2 Titleist ProV1 // Srixon Z-Star XV (Depending on how much money I want to lose any given swing)
Popular Post Michael.Sandoval33
Good morning good morning! Welp, rain is 100% in the forecast for the day, Mr. Pickles knows when it's raining so he is tucked in with his Dino waiting for any breaks to take a quick walk. No golf for me today, but I am happy to report that it seems the weather here in California should be more 'per usual' after the coming week. There was no class last night which I tend to not care for. An extra day without using the ol' noggin and I tend to drift off in class the next day. Ahhh well, it'll be fine. Linux has lasted all of these years, I am sure I can't break the code. I have been yoga stretching all morning trying to stretch out some aching back muscles, maybe a cup of coffee will help? Yes, I think it will! Have a great day spies! Popular Post Rob Person
No golf today for me. I've been putting off the inevitable of clearing 2+ acres of pine needles and leaves from the homestead for 2 week now. The misses just isn't having it anymore... plus the dormancy of Alabama field grass is limited to a fee months, and if there is any hope of it awakening, it has to get done. Otherwise the sandy top will prevail. Time to crank up the lawn tractor mower, dig out the rakes, hoping the leaf blower fires up, and with fingers crossed the yard sweeper attachment is feeling helpful as well. Popular Post Erin B
Good morning MGS Troops! Feeling better today after my POOPCON Delta weekend. Windy as hell here in wonderful Cheyenne WY, but in the 50s. Hoping that gets rid of the snow so I can play outdoors without going to Colorado. I do have a tee time Friday in Colorado so I can finalize my golf ball review. The spousal unit is sick now, she's tough though and am hoping she gets better soon. You can take the girl out of New Jersey but you can't take New Jersey out of the girl. Anyway, I hope you all are feeling good and if you're playing today hit 'em well. I did a write-up about my New Level clubs in "What equipment have you tested" and if you are looking at new clubs check them out, especially if you know your fitting and numbers. I am getting another set of clubs so I can have a travel set, and have been searching on ebay, but I can get a set of New Level for just a little more and they are fitted. SO I think I am going to go that route. As always Happy Birdie Hunting!!! tdroma98
Good Tuesday Day Spies! It was a chilly Central Florida Morning, 43 degrees at 7am tee off. But no wind & the thing they call a "sun" was out. It was a nice 18-hole walk. The golf was not too hot, putter was still a bit cold, 2 over round. Working from home today. Thought I'd stop at the store on way home to buy batteries for garage door opener. 45 minutes later dang garage door opener still doesn't work, with brand new batteries. UGH. @skraeling John Pinette is hysterical. Kind of eerie, Just yesterday a friend emailed me one Pinette's standup routines - "Chinese Buffet" - The guy is funny, including the one you posted. Have a Great Day Everyone!! Stay Warm & Hit'em straight P.S. buckpillar
It’s a great day, Caddyshack just came on tv, I will be watching start to finish for about the 500th time! How many golf movies have you see? What is your favorite one other than Caddyshack and Happy Gilmore? I know all of you what Rodney says in this photo! Had another article published by HQ; happy for your feedback and comments! https://mygolfspy.com/news-opinion/accomplishing-your-golf-fitness-goals/ Have a good one everybody! Nice read, Hayes. Something for me to think about as I await the start of my Fit For Golf test. Hadn't planned to do anything golf-wise today, but I just learned this afternoon that there is a PGA Tour Superstore here in Raleigh, so I will drop by there and hope to resist the temptation to spend any money. I will definitely spend money tomorrow, though; I have a tee time at The Cradle at Pinehurst, their barrel-of-fun par 3 course designed by Gil Hanse. $50 for the round, and if they aren't too overbooked, I can play again for free. buckpillar, William P, cksurfdude and 6 others 9 Quote Obsessed with chasing the dimpled orb. There is a global golf store there as well; good opportunity to try and compare used equipment.
