For the forum members who do Elf on the Shelf (yes, I am ready for it to be over ), had a little fun last night with our elf and some bananas. Our youngest wore minion pajamas to bed, so I drew some minions on our bananas for him to find this morning. Photo attached, my wife said he howled with laughter lol.

Good morning ya'll,

Missed the forum yesterday due to the early morning news of my Mom getting hospitalized for congestive heart failure. AND it was a very busy day at work, plus the furnace was leaking water (apparently a slow drip for a while) so that made for a miserable Monday.

Today the sun is out which helps my mood, and the furnace is fixed so there is that. Enough of my drudgery....Happy Birthday to @Ben Joest and @tony@CIC and i hope all of you have a SUPER day.

Prayers for your mom - I lost my mom earlier this year to a heart attack. I hope yours is able to recover quickly!

Finished both projects from yesterday morning, though the program testing took all morning. That testing confirms the base program which is very cool. Now it can be used to expand the 4 person games with impunity. I suppose I should start a game thread to get ideas. The problem with that is each idea is about an hour of steady programming then an additional 2 hours of testing. 

So I finished the golf cart bag rack welding this morning and they are rock solid. Painted up and ready to go. The bags hid the fact they are not perfect. I am retired so they don't have to be pretty.

Those look good! Took me a moment to realize you had a center support as well. Is this strictly a flatlands cart? No worries about it catching or dragging on hilly areas?

We have some rolling hills but nothing steep enough to catch or drag that I would attempt to drive the cart over.  I still have a good 14 inches of clearance though so I am probably in very good shape for any terrain that I might drive it on.

I didn't play this past weekend (too cold for me, but my wife play both days).  She is playing today with a couple of ladies and I'm thinking about joining them at the turn to walk the back 9.  Should be about 42º but the key is very little wind!!

Got a Tri-Tip roast for Christmas yesterday. For 72 years I have always had turkey for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, but now that it's just the two of us.  A turkey is just too much, and we still have leftovers from Thanksgiving.  

Hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday... don't work too hard!

Being in Texas, we will be doing Prime Rib garnished with whatever vegetables our food has not eaten. On the down low, I will admit to enjoying a fried turkey and even a    well  put together seafood paella as holiday meal alternatives.

It's a chilly Wednesday here in TN, but we're halfway through the work week. It's been going at a good clip so far and hopefully it'll continue until the start of the weekend.

Good morning MGS. Cold one here today. Can't say I'm awake, but I'm up for no reason...ugh

Hope everything goes well today for those who are beginning their holiday prep and traveling this week. 

It's a golfing day for me. Will be taking youngest son (22) out for his first round of real golf. Range and putting for a little bit, then out for a round.  

Also, there will be an unofficial test beginning real soon on a Bridgestone prototype ball with myself and @Samuel09152

Good morning spies and a happy Wednesday to you! Today is my last day of work before a much needed 12 days of R&R. We have made some recreation plans here and there but I am really hoping for more of the rest plans to be honest. Need to get through the workday first so here we go!!

Good morning all!

Yesterday was a nice day. We went and saw the flooding in the area as the kids were interested in seeing what happened. Thankfully no one in our immediate area was hurt and the worst of the flooding was in an area that happens all the time so people there were prepared. Then my father in-law stopped by for a visit which the kids always enjoy the visit. Today is another usual work day as we change over part of the large project we are working on. Should be another fine day.

Glad everyone was OK.  It was bad. I Saw live videos from family in Gorham, Jackson,  and Plymouth , NH . Family is safe, but lots of damage. For those who didn't hear about it.

Supposed to get to about 40, so not looking like any white Christmas this year.

Indeed it was some rough flooding around here, the ground was frozen when the rain started so it was all running into the rivers and streams. Similar thing happened last year around this time. We are going to have to do some drainage work this summer since this now seems like it will be something that happens much more frequently.

Winter has just decided to.... abstain from December.  High of 58 on saturday.... so of course booked a tee time with my coworker (the FNG) flipping new golfer.

Hes got it bad boys and girls.

Then again im the one that booked the tee time so what does that say about me haha.

Either way, probably the last gasp *Why do I feel like ive said that before* this year as far as golfing goes.

Expecting January to dump about 10-20* off the average temp.

Pretty sure that I an others have been playing the stealth version of that ball. Starts out white or even as a member of the @Yellow Ball family then goes into stealth mode once launched. Good luck to you both.
