Errors loading topics, uploading images, and duplicate posts.

I am assuming others are having the same problem as I am with duplicate posts and a general forum error, and errors about loading the theme.  I’d post a screenshot, but I can’t upload images either

Am I alone and need to do more troubleshooting on my side or is everyone having issues?

Thats what happens when you get a million notifications when on the course, take a look and realize what is going on, but can't fix them and have one of your best rounds in 5 years going!
