Not as bad as working from home, looking out the window and seeing UPS deliver to houses on either side of me. Then thinking, if they only used UPS instead of Fed Ex they would be coming to my door.

Speaking of EVs, I am almost a member of the EV Club.  Two weeks ago I purchased a PHEV (plug-in hybrid).  It's a Volvo XC60 T8 Recharge. The only reason that I didn't go full EV is because at least once every month or two, I take a 640-900 mile trip, and I don't feel like having "range anxiety", nor do I want to wait for hours as the EV charges so that I can continue my drive (yes, I drive straight-through as long as the trip is 12 hours or less).

... Sweet! Long range trips are a big problem for EV's but total charging time for ones like mine is only about 1/2 hr. Supposed to keep the battery between 20% and 80% for max life. Mine can go from 20% to 80% in 18 minutes. But another thing is they get much better milage around town than on the highway, the opposite of gas cars. Slower speeds take much less energy and breaking or slowing down recharges the battery but highway speeds need a constant higher energy output and I have started driving on cruise control at 70 in a 65 because 85 which is about the slowest normal Phoenix speed 🤪 just ate up my batteries charge.

When my battery is fully charged, and I am running the car (SUV, actually) in hybrid mode, I get 60+ MPG.  Mine has 5 modes, including a regen braking mode, where you can allegedly use "one pedal driving", but I don't like that mode because it has far too much of an "artificial" feel.  Even after the battery is run down enough that I can't operate in full-electric mode, I got about 40-42 MPG on my Myrtle Beach trip over the last two weeks.  I filled the gas tank as I was leaving MB, drove 640+ miles home and still had 60 miles of all-gasoline range left in the tank when I got home 10:45 later.

Great unboxing @Jnoble89 and agree with the others that color is sharp AF. Love the gold on black @JerryB that’s definitely what I would have gone with as I typically shy away from the bold bags after my previous blue and lime green one.

@Jnoble89, @Tom the Golf Nut, I would welcome a doctor's note right now. Also, don't forget @chisag played one on tv. Sam, I think since you live so close to them, they might want you to stop by and pick your stuff up. They could be looking for a spokesman and we all know you're qualified.

At least I get off in about thirty minutes. I'm surprised my wife hasn't sent me more photos of the box just to torture me. She's a sweetheart, but she's also evil like that.
