Not sure if it's possible,  but I've seen a picture where you can use the magnet /clip on the side , and then put the towel inside over the club slot to keep it dry

Sure, you can do that, but then it blocks the slots for the clubs.  A magnet will stick to my clubs as well.  I could also put the towel in the cooler pocket….  

The bigger point was that while the pockets hold the items i want, it might be difficult to get what you need if you are riding a cart and need to get an item from the side pockets.  More of an organization issue than anything else.

I have actually done this but I put the magnet on the blade side of the club and wrap the towel over it. 

I do get were @cnosil is coming from though. The pockets are big enough to hold everything but sometimes it is a tight fit. When it is a tight fit, it does get harder to search for the item if you are in a cart, with another bag back there also.

So the more I think aobut the bag the more I realize how little this feature is not mentioned but has been amazing the more I use the bag. That feature is in my opinion the most underrated part, the "handle" under the ball pocket. It has been amazing when putting the bag into my car. This little feature has been overlooked by me until I started thinking aobut it today. It is things like this that truly make this bag stand out more and more as I use it.  I will post one picture where you can kind of see it now but will add more pictures when I go to my car.

Sam, couldn't agree with you more! Makes it SO much easier loading it into the back of my truck. Being tall helps, but I can lift it and place it into the truck bed from the side of my vehicle rather than sliding it into the truck bed. For those wondering, yes, I have two different blankets I lay it on. No, I carry no shame.

Thanks for pointing this out. It is a feature that I figured most people already knew about but yes, it is extremely handy. I love not having to slide my bag into the back of my car and risk scuffing the leather. And I too use blankets to rest the bag on to prevent any scuffing or dirt.

Sorry for the Forum members waiting for content regarding the Anyday Ronin bag.

I'm currently in the process of moving and doing some work at the new place so between managing contractors, DIYing and slowly but surely moving stuff and, most importantly: my full-time job, I hardly have any time to golf at all at the moment.

I'll make up for it after mid-May.

Putting it on blankets down is amazing! It's like opening a present every time, I love it!

So far, I feel like it's all in the details with Ghost Golf's Anyday bag. They didn't reinvent "THE golf bag" by any means but they successfully executed most of, if not all, of the features of a great golf bag to perfection.

• Stunning looks and premium materials: 
• Quality of assembly and finishing: 
• Good storage capacity:  (the only thing that comes to mind that could have been different is the now infamous lack of a full-length pocket)
• Good compartmentalization (i.e., number of and placement of pockets):
• Reasonable weight of the bag: 
• Comfortable and, most likely, durable carrying straps: 
• Compatibility with push-carts and golf carts: 
• Seamless and stable base: 
• Sturdy legs: 

My former cart bag did not have the padded and very sturdy leather handle at the top of the bag. I used to live in a condo tower and carrying the bag in the staircase and hallways (relatively tight spots where I couldn't really use the shoulder strap without nicking the walls) was a real pain. This handle is much appreciated. This handle combined with the "hidden handle" underneath the ball pocket are definitely a nice touch IMHO.

I have a question for the testers. I know it's only been a short while since you've had these bags. But are you noticing any unusual wear at the tops Or edges Of the bag? How about any deformities from stuffing the pockets on the sides?

By the way, I had cast to my t.v. from my phone and was looking at all The bags on the big screen and my wife asked me what I was doing. I replied to her ....

Probably too early to tell.   I am interested in monitoring the lining around the club holes and specifically the ball pocket for stretching.   My current bag which has been in use for 4 years has no wear around the club holes so maybe I am not that hard on them.   I have noticed that the ball pocket does stretch a little; especially with 40+ balls.  I have noticed that one of the bottle pockets does pop open.  The number of balls pushes the magnets apart.

So as far as wear on the tops or edges no, but i did have my bag pushed up next to my push cart, and you could see where it was resting on the cart in the back of the car. However, when with in 5 to 10 mins of me walking that indention was gone. I liked it to when I sit to long in a seat, and then my fat ass gets up and you can see that indention. I do think this speaks to the padding as well as the materials also, and shows just how quality it really is!

There was a chance of rain during yesterday’s round so I put the umbrella on the bag.  Typical 2 connection point system with the first being a an adjustable loop for the top portion of the umbrella.   The bottom is the typical strap that captures the pointy end of the umbrella.   What I noticed was that the bottom loop is large and the umbrella goes through and gets close to touching the ground especially if you deploy the legs.

Interesting, I can't say I've ever seen just a loop at the bottom - on every bag I've owned or remember seeing, there's fabric that prevents the tip from dropping & dragging.

My current bag has the same thing as the ghost but smaller so the umbrella tip doesn’t go through. 

 

the other thing my old bag has is a loop about halfway up as an additional strap to hold the umbrella tight; the ghost does not.

I was finally able to get out and carry the bag this week. One of the leagues I played in previously needed a sub so I jumped at the opportunity knowing I would be able to put the bag through the first day of real testing. 
 

I must say, that the bag is very comfortable to carry. Legs are very sturdy and pockets are perfectly placed to have access to while carrying. I was able to open zippers and grab snacks or a water bottle while walking with ease.
 

Then the rain showed up. It was such a bad downpour the course was closed. The lightning was other worldly. Being born and raised in Miami, for me to say I was fearful due to the lightning is saying a lot. In the end, I was only able to get (7) holes in, but I was very comfortable with the bag on my back. The pockets were completely dry even after what felt like a category (4) hurricane went over head. I can also attest to the loop that holds the umbrella being a bit loose. The umbrella tip/end does drop below the base. That being said, the umbrella never came loose during my walk.

Now I know this seems a bit out of the realm of the test,  but has anyone checked to see if the pocket cover is compatible/ interchangeable with "other" brands that appear to be of the same style of bag?

Is this something you can check on person at HQ @cnosil ??

I believe you can just order a separate pocket cover embroidered, or plain, if you want

If you search their website for logo, there it brings up a couple of items for a logo and a logo + name.   My guess is that you can reach out to theme for the customization or you could take the ball pocket to an embroiderer and get them to do it.

Nope, haven't checked because I don't have access to other brands.   The zippers would have to match up and I doubt that HQ knows.
