Wondering if anyone has a contact at TaylorMade Customer service.

I'm on my third Stealth driver after the first two had faces that failed. On my second return, their warranty policy changed and required a credit card to process.

Was told I had 45 days to return the faulty head or I'd be charged in full for the new one.

Just had the charge hit my credit card tonight, even though I'm still within the 45 day return window.

Needless to say, pretty frustrated, and hoping to not play the hold game for three hours this week.

No, but I had the M6, Sim 2, and Stealth 2 and they all cracked in the exact same spot on the face. I was told that they are aware of their issue but it is cheaper to send out a new replacement.  I decided that I will never buy a taylormade club again (except the taylormade sim 2 Ti 3 wood as it is my fav club ever made).  It just seems to be an ongoing issue and the hassle is not worth it for me.  I went to the Paradym and couldn't be happier.
