Bad A*s !

You probably already know this but 0311 is the Marine Corps MOS for a basic rifleman and every marine, at the start of bootcamp is informed that they are one, no matter what MOS you continue on to pursue.

Quote

MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT, San Diego --“Every Marine is, first and foremost, a rifleman. All other conditions are secondary.” This quote, spoken by Gen. Alfred M. Gray, 29th Commandant of the Marine Corps, is printed in rifle data books issued to recruits during training and to Marines for their annual marksmanship qualification.

Without a doubt, the famous saying is what Marines are best known for today- their one shot, one kill mentality

Hopefully these clubs give you that one shot, one kill on course. OooRah!

Semper Fi and thought I did have the veteran badge. It might have been replaced with the others. A logistics guy assigned to Marine infantry would have been a big change! We don’t move without you guys!

Please do! I love meeting other brothers and sisters in arms. I just joined last season, and haven't really played well yet. It's been years since I've competed and it's hard to get back into that shape and mindset, but I didn't really join the VGA for the competition, more so for the comradery. We played in SD last season and I met people from the east coast that came out to play. I still chat with some of them.

I could play golf every day and learn something new each time.

I was thinking about ordering these too, but somehow resisted. Let me know how they work out!

Speaking of working out, I’m trying to gain some speed this year. So I put together a little home gym for the missus and myself:

Finally received my counterweights for my irons, they are very good quality and easy to install right through the grip. Placed one in my Driver and sand wedge, both feel amazing and it seems that I feel the club head more than before. Looking to hits some bombs and throw some darts.

The silver tool is easy to use, cuts a nice hole in the butt end of the grip, place your weight and tighten down.

Are these more beneficial for those with graphite shafts, or steel?

That driver looks sooooo clean! I might need to go to a PXG fitter and see what it feels like!

Either.   They are for all clubs so they are designed to do the same thing with steel or graphite.  The key is finding the right weight for your club.

Either one, but I do believe the ones for graphite shafts might be thinner an a bit longer. But the  ones I got fit into my taylormade graphite shaft
