The Tensei Blue is my favorite hybrid shaft.  Great choice.  Enough height but not whippy and still stable through impact.

Wedge fitting today went well.  I'll be keeping my Vokey's, but reshafting them with i110 Aerotech Steelfibers.  I'm gaming i95s in my irons all the way through my set gap wedge, but while my distance gaps were good my set gap was actually spinning slightly more than my 54 Wokey.  Once I tried out the i110, problem solved. 

From there, I mentioned concerns over my 3 wood to hybrid gapping, and one thing led to another, and a Callaway Apex Pro 3 hybrid is on it's way.  I like my TaylorMade DHYs, but I'm hitting my 3 wood 250-255 and my DHY 3 hybrid (19 degree) 225...too big a gap.  The Apex Pro 3, despite being a 20 degree, was consistently 235 for me.  Now the question will be if I keep the DHY 4 in the bag, or eventually opt for a 22 degree Apex Pro.  I'd like to stand pat, but ho's gonna be ho's.

Oh, and this was ready for me...

@PMookiehelped me get some Honma adapter sleeves, and my TR20 driver has officially been upgraded.  Saw a consistent 8-12 yard distance pickup, and much better dispersion.  Can't wait to get it on the course...

... Have you had enough time with the i95's to know if you like them?

Yes, I love them.  I picked up half a club, more spin, tightened up dispersion, and my golfers elbow continues to improve.  I know they’re not for everyone, but I for one am a VERY big fan.

Walked into a play it again sports after walking out of a fedex kinkos for work.  Sometimes there can be gold... walked out with a $20.00 Srixon wg504 -60/8- wedge that I can use for practice with in my back yard.

Was shocked to find MTB-X Optic Yellow and no more two dozen limit on Snell's website this morning. I hadn't checked in a few weeks. So, I scooped up five dozen to add to the remaining two dozen in my basement for next season. Price isn't quite as good as it once was, and there's shipping now, but altogether with tax they came out to $34.55/dozen. Still tough to beat. 

I wanted to give the yellow Maxfli Tour X's a shot following my great success during my review of them, but they still have not come in stock. 

Since I was on a mini spending spree, I hopped over to Costco and grabbed eight more Kirkland gloves. Again, pricing has increased slightly, but at $7.51/each delivered I can't buy a better glove anywhere else.

Kinda feeling over the i500s right now plus at that price I could get them with MMTs, which are too light but sell those, get a heavier graphite option in there an get things close to a wash. Anyone know how forgiving the new 0211s are?

I presume as forgiving if not more that the 2019 version. i game the 2019 and view them as forgiving. long irons for sure are as those are more on the GI side where the rest of the set is players distance to distance. 
 

although personally I’d go with the 0211 blades

Thanks for this though I will just say blades are a ball striking level I am not at.

I hit the 0211 in this years most wanted testing.  The 0211 really aren’t “blades” in the traditional sense and are very forgiving clubs. I miss toe side and really wasn’t losing much distance on those misfits.   The hollow body/foam filled clubs in the market may look bladeish but really aren’t, lots of forgiveness built in with how the weighting is set up.

Yep 0211 DC.  I would go for the actual blade one either; they don’t typically test them during most wanted

The 0211 DC are very forgiving. This is their Gi offering in the 0211. The 0211 at are bald and have some forgiveness but are still a blade.
