Depends on the shot for me.

 

Driver:

 

High draw? High tee.

 

Straight? Mid tee.

 

Fade? Low... way low.

 

3 wood:

 

High draw? About a 4 stack of quarters.

 

Low bullet cut? Just above the blades of grass. This never gets above head high.

Yep ... I can fade that ball from any of those tee heights!  LOL
