New ownership, new dining room, new clubhouse, same boring and poorly manicured course. I won’t be back.

I haven’t entered a score yet this week, but I’m happy to report my back will at least allow me to play in the morning. Probably could have this afternoon but it was 104° so I decided to recover one more day.

Here’s my scorecard from todays round. Couldn’t get out of my own way on the back 9 and doubled a ton of holes. Finished with a Par on 18 so that was nice. Other highlight was I got to play with an old neighbor and two of his friends, one of which was left handed and just so happened to have a 9° Paradym driver. Not the shaft I’d play, but I used it on a Par 5 and smashed a 268 yard drive with it. Callaway has 2X trade-in value right now and to say I am tempted is an understatement. @GolfSpy_APH not sure how much help I’ll be!

A couple days ago it was a Stealth 2, now a Paradym…You got it bad, my friend

Tried the Stealth 2 on the range LMAO

We did not get along hahaha

would still cost me $112 plus tax to trade in my TSi3 and old irons set, and I value my life more than another driver

Might be time for you to post in the "What Equipment I am Thinking About" with visions of the Callaway Paradym now in your view?  

And the Callaway 2X's trade-in will help you in your decision moving forward..............

I think I just need to get back out with my TSi and remind myself that no, a new driver will not make me a better ball striker

Put the Aerojet Max in play today and just lacks the distance potential I get with the TSi. Couple drives I absolutely smoked and only got 250 out of them. With TSi I’m quite confident saying they are 15-20 yards longer.

I cannot fathom that the Sharky's think they have a chance against Team QJ.  The Sharky's are in too deep and the pressure will be too great and they wont be able to keep their heads above water.  They'll probably get a bad case of the hooks and mid round will head to the nearest watering hole to drink like a .........

I wish I knew last week what I know today. I would not have chosen the team name of Golf Cart Posse. I would have suggested the Golf Brother-in-laws or Team Ham and Eggs because we played well “together”. 
 

Here’s my card that I also posted in the other thread. Although I wish I could have posted the scores for September 1.  I was a 12 handicap then but shot a net 65 or something like that. While we can use scores from then, I was not a member of a team then. I was also not injured. But my handicap dropped to a 9 after a couple of great rounds posted. 
 

Still, I have great teammates, and I think we will be tough to beat.

Started on hole 17 for a shotgun start event.  Not happy about the double-double finish, but overall a decent partner score if I can get some help.

Front nine I was on every green in regulation only to two-putt every single time.  I guess that's a good problem to have?

Here’s a pic of my score card from my even par round of 72 yesterday from the Blue tees at Bunker Hill GC! Played super well, some boring golf which as we all know is good golf, and putted fantastic, picking up a full 2.7 strokes gained putting! My drives were also fantastic at a course with an absurd amount of twists, turns, and steep elevation changes. If you saw on the VCT chat, this was at the course I will be playing my senior year High School sectional tournament in a little less than three weeks. Hoping to make a run to states this year!

Fought daylight and rain to get this round in, but it's done. Played well enough on the front, the back is when the race against the moon and rain started.
