US Open Predictions

Hey Golfers,

 

As you all know, the US Open is in a week, and I think it is time to make predictions. We sort of touched on this in the Jason Dufner thread, but I wanted to create a separate one for just this. I want everyone to pick ONE person. I know there are a lot of choices and a lot of people with the ability to contend, but I want just one person. I'm curious to see what you all think.

 

Personally, I think it is time for Luke Donald. He is hot right now, and even though he hasn't done so well historically and missed the cut last year, I think his short game will bring him to a win. And if his putter stays hot, anything can happen.

 

So, what do all of you think. Who is the ONE person that you would put your money on to win the US Open?

Ignoring the odds? Because if you make the odds high enough, I'd even bet against the Packers!

 

Straight up....pick the winner....I'd have to choose Tiger.

 

Playing the odds.....I'd put a few bucks on Fowler 30/1 and Zach Johnson 60/1

I can see us having some debates around September; I'm a HUGE Bears fan.

 

I'd also straight up pick Tiger.

 

I do like Zach Johnson at 60/1 and Badds at 100/1 if im betting.
