Okay we have a pretty unique opportunity open to all members in the US regardless of whether they are testing something currently or not.

The process is simple, but you need to read and follow instructions in order to take part.

What is it? Bridgestone is looking for up to 125 Forum members to get a free dozen Bridgestone Mindset golf balls for sampling. Yes, you read that right up to 125 members. That's not all though, if you are in a part of the country that isn't able to golf right now, don't worry! Next month we will run this back for another week and another 125 members. Then again the next month and the month after that for a total of up to 500 members!

Note: Each member is only eligible to participate once! Pick your month for when you can golf the most and get the most out of this opportunity!

A huge thank you and shout out to Bridgestone for this.

So how do you apply and what do you have to do?

Step 1: Watch this YouTube video

Then watch it again. Seriously, a second time would be beneficial and it is only 2 minutes long.

Step 2: Go over to Bridgestones website and go through their Ball Selection Guide.

https://www.bridgestonegolf.com/en-us/find-my-ball/ball-selector-tool#/

Once you have done that you will know which ball is best for you! Easy.

Post a screenshot or photo of your results.

Step 3: Fill out this form and answer all the questions correctly!

Questions need to be correct in order to be eligible for the free dozen golf balls.

Link below for those that are not able to fill out as is in the forum above. There are two sections - one for the questionnaire and second for shipping information to be sent to Bridgestone.

Step 4: Wait for your golf balls and get ready to start posting!

We will leave this open for 1 week and then send all the correct responses to Bridgestone for them to ship out the golf balls.

Few final notes for this opportunity - There will be no PM or other message confirming your participation. When the golf balls show up we will ask that you post and share your experience with them.

We will create that thread after the opportunity has closed.

Last - take an extra minute and read all of this again! In this case it really pays to read and follow instructions!

Thanks all!

Looking forward tontrying these out. Need a few yards

This is too good an opportunity to overlook! Thanks MGS and Bridgestone for the opportunity and wow, how many testers for this one?! I'm very curious about the Mindset marking and whether it helps reduce unhelpful swing thoughts.

I've just recently posted my Callaway Chrome Tour/Tour X final test report (so I'd understand if I don't receive any of these to give others the chance) and included the 2022 Tour BX and BXS balls in my group test. I'd love to try the new BX against the old, along with my current top two (Chrome Tour and Taylormade TP5).

I haven't bought any 2024 balls yet, as I don't need a restock, so these have a chance of going in the bag when I do. If not selected, I'll buy a sleeve of these Bridgestone balls anyway to test on sim and course before my next ball purchase just to be sure of my next choice.

Good luck everyone picked. I'll be watching/ reading with interest!

Note for admins: If selected, the only month that won't work for me is May, as I'll be overseas with work for half the month. Pretty flexible otherwise.👍

I have been using the bridgestone tour b RX since taking there ball fitting 2 years ago and I got the same results this time. I really like the ball flight and spin rate off the driver. Spin off the irons isn't as high as some of the other premium balls but I usually don't make it to many flags anyway so why would I play something that is going to spin even further from the hole. I would love to try these out to see if it helps my game. May would be the best month for me, thanks for the chance to try these. IMG_1055_20240315_090630.jpg.db93be7661595693d96129f91713efa8.jpg

This is super cool, since these were first introduced I have been curious to try it to see if it works. There are certainly times when not thinking about my swing has led to some really great shots and I would like to see if this helps.

In case anyone is wondering how the ball fitting recommendations are turning out, here's what I counted up so far (number of forum members' recommendations (percentage)):

Tour B RX (swing speed <105 mph wanting more distance):  74 (43%)

Tour B X (swing speed >105 mph wanting more distance):  32 (18%)

E12:  25 (14%)

Tour B RXS (swing speed <105 mph wanting more spin):  22 (13%)

Tour B XS (swing speed >105 mph wanting more spin):  20 (12%)

Breaking down the Tour B series submissions, overall there's almost 2.5 times more people looking for distance than spin.  For slower swing speeds (<105 mph) it's almost 3 times more people looking for distance versus spin while faster swing speeds, the gap narrows to 50% more people looking for distance.  Stepping back, I'd say that propably makes sense.

I'm not sure that it means anything significant.  I was just curious and thought I'd share.

This looks like a very interesting opportunity....Especially considering I was having a very similar conversation with my coach regarding the amount of thought (or too much) on the course which has plagued my scoring as of late.Capture-Bridgestone.JPG.4ba3de94310ec56a2ba5f568ed436c0e.JPG
