Was wondering if anyone is playing or has played this driver. I saw a slightly used demo the other day for $299 and was thinking I may give it a go. Thanks in advance for all of the responses

Lots of thoughts here. It’s a great value if it fits you!

I second @jlukes, great driver - if it's the right one for you. My wife and I both have 410's but we were fitted for them.

What shaft is in it or are you fitting an after market shaft in it yourself?

I like my G410 + ,  This winter I experimented with weights and using trackman data I replaced the single 14g weight with a 6g and 3g in the neutral and draw positions.

It has the Alta CB red in regular flex which I've read sounds like a good shaft for me. Will possibly give it a try to see how it works. Thanks for your comment

I have a 410 SFT version same shaft, shaft took me a bunch of hit before getting used to it, was using a stiff flex shaft before on all my other driver, took me some adjustment and it was weird at the beginning but now hitting it well and I'm satisfied with it. My swing speed keep increasing so I might have to get another stiff flex shaft soon enough but it's another story...

I know other people who play the 410 plus and have good result and good comment on it.

If you feel comfortable with the stiffness of the shaft, I think its a good buy. But try that specific shaft for sure before, I call it my senior regular flex.

I gamed it for a year and a half with okay results. I’m preferring the 410 LST. It really depends on your swing characteristic as to which model is right for you.

But that’s a great price

Driver: Taylor Made Xi10 10.5 Diamana S plus 60  R flex   - 44.25

Fairways:  Ping G410 5, 7, 9 wood  Alta CB red 65 R flex

Hybrid:  Ping G410  26 degree  Alta CB Red 70 R flex

Irons: Ping G430  7-PW, 45, 50 Alta CB black 65 soft R flex

Wedges:  Ping 195 S54, E58

Wedges and irons are - 1/2” and one degree flat

Putter: Sacks Parente Duke 32.5”

Ball: Titleist Pro VI or Callaway Chrome Soft X ls

While not at the same time I was fit for every club in my bag as well as the Pro VI ball. I use the chrome soft x ls on my league course.  It has much softer softer greens than the club that I belong to.

I’m on a mission to shoot my age - lifetime lowest round is 66 and I’m currently 67.

Same for me; gamed it for a year, bought an aftermarket shaft, and then switched to the LST this winter. The plus wasn’t bad; in fact it was a good driver for me, but the LST is just perfect for me.

Thanks everyone for all of the input. I went with the SFT for the same price, looked good on the simulator can't wait to get it on the course

It was either the river or the bay I can't remember which.  I just looked for a less expensive vendor that did not have what looked like a 2 month lead time.  I got a few different weights, two 3g and a 6g and figured I could get a combo that would provide some variety off the 14g weight that was in the head.  Interestingly, the other G410+ 10.5* head that's in the house has a 12g weight in it.

Took the SFT to the course today and really like it so far. Picked up about 10-12 yards on most holes and only missed 2 fairways due to crappy swings by me. Hoping this is a keeper, will hopefully be able to get out again tomorrow
