Rocketbladez Irons Replacements

Recommended Posts

Looking to update my current Rocketbladez iron set I love... what would be the natural next step keeping similar performance, say 2-3 generations up.... like M4 irons? Doesn't have to be TM, just looking at little newer gen irons

I moved from TM Rocketbladez Tour to Srixon Z585 last year. I did want to move into something a bit more forgiving, especially in the longer irons and have been happy with the decision. I was able to keep more of the players look with these and pick up some forgiveness on mishits.

I came from TM speedblades to the 2019 pxg 0211 and am happy about that decision most days. Wanted more of a players look and the badge on the speedblades didn’t suit my eyes (odd I know) to see what all the hubbub was about. Never thought I’d game pxg. Advice, go get fit, or at least test several models.  Find out what you like before you buy

ditto to sub70. Great cost savings and they have a demo program. Same with Ben Hogan

I have to agree with all the above on Sub 70 clubs.  Made the switch at the end of 2020 and love mine.  Jason and the staff at Sub 70 are great to work with and clubs built to your specs.

A question that hasnt been broached yet is would you consider one length irons? If so, that opens up a whole new set of recommendations and ideas.

Rag tag bag, but it does the job.

Taylormade R1 driver.

Ping G400 3 wood.

Cleveland Halo Launcher 3 hybrid.

Cleveland CBX launcher irons (5-PW).

Assorted wedges (48, 52, 58).

Odyssey White Hot Pro 2.0 putter.
