Found them today in store in Augusta. My dad sad they were in store in Atlanta as well. 27.99 I think was the price.

I am playing Friday will throw them out there but I'm too new and bad to tell the difference atleast it won't hurt if I lose it.

New golfer, left handed, slowly replacing old starter set from when I was in high school.

Playing tough courses where you might be more inclined to lose balls is one spot where a $1 golf ball is preferred to a $3-4 ball. Stings a lot less when they disappear.

... Yup and then add frequency of play. If I played every Saturday and lost 3 balls a round that's 1 dozen balls a month and playing ProV1's don't hurt so much. But playing 3-5 times a week that's 4 dozen balls or more. Then when you consider a months supply of 4 dozen ProV1's cost $232 and 4 dozen Kirklands cost $56. Over a year that is $2,112 dollars saved. For me that is about 70 rounds of golf!

I think we'll be waiting a while. $17.50 per dozen instead of $12.50 is still a great value, especially if they've fixed the biggest spin and cover issues AND you can get them in yellow or white. Well worth the extra $.45 per ball in my mind.

Rag tag bag, but it does the job.

Taylormade R1 driver.

Ping G400 3 wood.

Cleveland Halo Launcher 3 hybrid.

Cleveland CBX launcher irons (5-PW).

Assorted wedges (48, 52, 58).

Odyssey White Hot Pro 2.0 putter.

$17.50 / dozen is the online price. It's only around $14 / dozen in store. $1.17/ball!

So let me get this straight:

They were obscenely cheap.

They got a little less cheap.

But still really cheap.

And in store still super cheap.

... I like it!

I bought some today at the Orem Utah Costco. They had the v2 wedges also. I just so happen to be testing balls to find a new gamer for me, and will compare these with the rest. If they brought the spin down to reasonable levels, the price is totally worth it.
