What putters does everyone use?

I have been gaming a Bloodline Vale for a couple of months now and absolutely love it.  I bought it because I liked the alignment aid on the head and thought it would help me.  I didn't really care about the stand-up feature and didn't really care for the ultra light weight grip they used so it would stand up on its own.  I replaced the grip, so it doesn't stand up on its own anymore, but the swing weight is still really heavy which has been working great for me.  It's also the most solid feeling putter head at impact that I've ever rolled.

I have used several putters over the past few years, but now have my gamer, which I have used for 2 years and still absolutely love it. It is a LAB MEZZ 1. I can't recommend it enough. It has changed my putting. My handicap is down 1.5 strokes since I started using it, from a 14 to a 12.5. You do have to learn how to use it, with a much lighter grip, but once you do that it is fantastic.

I have an old Teardrop TD-21. I keep trying different putters but nothing feels, or has proven to be better. I'm not going to spend a lot of money just to say I have a new putter. Something will feel right one day. But until then I'm happy with old faithful.

I use the Odyssey OG 7 mallet putter. I was in the PGA Superstore for almost an hour and landed on this putter. I love the balance and the feel.

I say that I alternate between a Odyssey White Hot Pro 2.0 Black V-Line and an old Scotty Studio Stainless Newport with a bad black oxide finish, but really the Odyssey hasn't left the bag in a couple of seasons. I'm not putting great with it, but I'm comfortable looking down at it.

I have been playing a PING Heppler Anser 2 since 2020. Love it! Have had no real desire to change. Did a whole bag fitting this last winter which included the putter. It was reassuring seeing how well it still performed on the machine. Made a small 1 degree bend tweak to keep the ball down off the face more but I have yet to find a reason to update.

I too have had a ton of putters over the last 10 years or so that I’ve gotten into golf. Anything from a Nike method in my first set, spider tour, spider x, Scotty 2.5, phantom x7.5, evnroll er2, odyssey double wide. I’m sure I’m forgetting some. Currently I am gaming a Ping Pld prime tyne 4, with a stability tour black. I am also waiting on a spider gts to be delivered that I really only got for two reasons. My putter is the only non Taylormade club in the bag. And I am a huge fan of the true path alignment that I first came to love on my copper spider x. I am hoping it can challenge the ping as a permanent spot in the bag, but I will admit that is going to be a tough ask.

I bought a Rossie II last year. Wanted one for years. Not sure why, but I always loved the look. I've had it a year and love it. If I could find a left handed one in my price range, I'd likely buy that.

When my wife asked if I wanted to leave Maine and move to where she grew up, I couldn't say no to Pinehurst, NC. I honestly don't spend much money on golf equipment, but I'm constantly reading reviews in case I ever get ready to buy

I swing left handed and have been the State of Maine Left Hander's champion since 1997, the last year they held the tournament. I'm currently a 7.1 handicap. Trying to get lower, but my gut gets in the way.

Odyssey white hot #9 35 inches with superstroke grip. I love it. Would like to try a longer putter after the success on the PGA tour.

I'm currently using a SC Special Select Newport 2, absolutely love it but have been looking at adding a mallet to the bag to hopefully help with off center hits. I've looked at LAB Mezz and have heard a lot of people say how much it has helped their putting but definitely would like to putt with it for a little bit before breaking the bank to get one.

Hard to beat/go wrong with a Scotty though!

I came across the best putter I have ever used.  It is the AXIOM perfect balanced putter.  Justin Rose used it to win at Pebble Beach.  Check out their website.  It explains the importance of "perfect balance".  I bought it at PGA Superstore for $449 and it is worth the price.

Despite double spinal fusion and shoulder replacements, I still manage to shoot my age.  It will become easier when I reach 74 next month.

I recently switched to the Sub70 AL-6 armlock putter. So far so good with it. Armlock is different and took a bit of time to get used to, but now it feels very natural. The look, feel and sound are exactly what I was after.  I’m thinking about doing an unofficial review on the AL-6 and my switch to armlock.

I’d gone through several putters in the last 2 years. I’d pick it up at the store, putt a few, then a month later lose complete confidence in it. After this never ending loop of dissatisfaction, I decided to get fitted and ended up in a 35” Bettinardi Studio Stock 17. Fitting was a game changer, now I know that if I’m not rolling it well, it’s me, not the putter.69412412665__364575F2-B5B9-48B6-B372-8E72EF8E5EF1.jpeg.832f006d20173016d3f56eee29335d48.jpeg

I just ordered a LAB DF2.1 and can't wait to get it.  Being a lefty, it has always been a challenge to find what I like.  Using a SC currently but favorite putter was the Doc17 center shafted putter.

Give it a chance, it might be a little strange to start but once you get used to it, nothing else will compare. When my bag got stolen, the only thing I replaced was the df 2.1. everything else I got different brands.

I game a Scotty Cameron Super Select 2.5+.  After having it for a while I feel as if the putters too heavy.  I’d like the straight neck shaft but into a bone wide back head.  Idk if they make it tbh. I’ve been eyeing the Lab putters but that’s a tougher sell as the look is atrocious in a lot of aspects.  Feel seems to be good and I like the concept. Also, seeing a lot of pros game without paying for it speaks volumes too. They may be getting paid but idk.
