Should you be open to suggestions, I'm sure there are some hereabouts.

This is in italics as it is understood with great assurance that the highnessnesseses cannot read italics.  The employment of insidious acts of oppositional defiance that be a humorous if not painful diversion should seditious acts be discovered and retributions exacted in similarly obscure and outrageous ways.  Such things as moving the furniture half an inch to the east, for anything placed on a rug, the rug also moved an inch hides the pressure dimple for no evidence.  Turning the cutlery around in the drawer or reversing the order of what goes where.  Turning around the toilet paper rolls on their holders so the paper spills off the "wrong" way.  Turning around things is always a hoot because who does that right?  Turning the carpets 180 degrees so the pattern is opposite but otherwise is not out of place.

But of course I didn't suggest anything at all 😇

Why yes, yes indeed…. Some of the suggestions could very well invigorate life or possibly end it around here. The safest suggestion would be the one that takes the most thought, cunning, and stealth as the dictator-for-life would never connect me with those attributes.

I played reasonably well today….. Considering I kept looking over my shoulder and flinching at every noise. Took the long way home… 3 hours to make the 5 minute drive from the course. I am preparing to head into the house …. Gulp😳…. and the coming inquisition.

I have played there about a half-dozen times back when I did a lot of business in Las Vegas (my youngest brother also lives there, and my nephew/godson and his family lived there for about 15 years when he worked for Steve Wynn).  The elevation changes and rock formations at Wolf Creek are spectacular! There is one hole that stands out in my memory; it is a downhill then uphill sharp dogleg right with corner of the dogleg parallel to the green, and it requires an uphill shot to the hole.  When I was younger, I used to be able to hit my drive over the huge rock formation that sits between the tee and the green, but not at my current age and diminished driving distance. I can’t remember the hole number, but I believe that it’s on the back nine. My strategy on this hole was generally to hit a hybrid or 7-wood to the end of the fairway where it makes the 90* right turn toward the uphill green, and then hit a gap or sand wedge to the green.

EDIT: I just took a closer look at your photos, and it looks like the next to last picture in your gallery is the hole that I was referencing above.

Had just a marvelous time today… Going down memory lane and playing a track that I last played nearly a 1/4 century ago.
Just a 9 hole course. Magnificent trees everywhere and I mean everywhere except on the tees and greens. They now have senior tees.. Over 1000 yards in yardage difference between senior and regular tees. Played seniors tees on the front and regular tees on the back… The course is older than me and as we all know, I am almost older than dirt. The course and its minions the “ trees “ didn’t remember me at first… Made it through the front nine unscathed by any organic wooden thingees…. But on the back nine, Oh my my…. The trees attacked with a vengeance. They used and abused me like a rented mule.
I remember now why I didn’t mind moving on from here so long ago and why I have this very rational fear of all wooden thingees stuck in the ground.
Anyhow, licking my wounds and crawling home to her royal highness. Not sure she can meter out any more punishment than I have already gone through today… But she will try, boy will she try.
Enjoy your evening my friends…Tomorrow is another chance to engage life as you need and want to. .

The wind was howling today at Conestoga. Lost 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 balls today. Was the most fun 100 I’ve ever posted!!!

Good idea… Except I would have been broke after the first 3 holes of the back nine, also pretty sure that now; independent services like you described, have been “ acquired “ under the domain of the Cartels. They are now a franchise operation.
Might have to start looking west to Utah, Nevada, or Arizona for retirement options…. Nah; I’ll just slide back further west into Texas.
