Made My First Hole In One Today.

Last Saturday I made my first Hole in One. I have been playing for 12 years. I have come close a few times before. It was in a Skins tournament with 90 players. at the Bridges Golf Course Par 3 Hole #7 pin was on the front, 135 yard shot, 9 iron for me. It landed about 8 feet right of the hole on a slight slope and slowly rolled in the hole.

 

I did win $160 for the skin, my bar bill was just a little over that. Do you have a hole in one story to share?

It's definitely something every golfer needs to check off once in their life, must have been incredible to watch.

I got mine on my second year playing golf. The course was pretty empty, no tournament, it was just a friendly game with my wife and another couple. And they couldn't drink much so it wasn't too expensive!

Congrats! I had one where the ball mark was 3 feet back and several inches left of the hole, and the ball was 4 inches past the hole on the other side. Long story short, it curled the cup, just didn't fall. Someday though. Someday

I'd have had one last summer had some lazy IDIOT repaired his ball mark! Ball landed a few feet past the hole right on line, started spinning back and then hit an unrepaired ball mark and bounced off it a few inches and ended up a foot from the hole.

 

Congrats onyours! I bet that is jus the best feeling a golfer can feel. Except of course shooting par on Amen Corner or something lol
