  1. Past hour
  2. The front wheel is either locked in place or its a full swivel unlocked.
  3. What a great opportunity as someone who plays the OEM shaft this would be fantastic to try. I currently only play fujikara shafts on my driver(s) (a bit gluttonous I know) but my other shaft fittings always end up in the barrel of leftovers.
  4. I have too many interruptions to give you any stat too, but, I LOVE putting cross handed. I wrote a guide how to switch, in Member Comm General Q&A, if you are interested. At minimum, it it great for longer distances and almost lagging always within 3 feet, so no 3 putts unless you blow a 3 footer/ Step by step guide to putt cross handed.
  5. If you want a little help, take a look at my thread in Member Communitys General Q&A, "step by step guide to putt cross handed". I strongly believe in using any face balanced putter and going xhand.
  6. I posted in Member Community General Q&A Step by step guide to putt cross handed. Take a look at it. I spent a lot of time, started when Spieth was hot in 2015. I can't brag about stats (too many full-swing physical challenges) but my 3 putts are virtually gone.
  7. I did make different iterations of heads for different "weight classes", example 340, 355g. Main objective is still pushing the CG away from the hosel as far as I can, while also maintaining a similar toe-hang amount so the putter can flow similarly. Balance usually you just figure out with a build and are looking at total MOI of the assembled club.
  8. ... Pretty excited about today. After playing my home course basically all winter because it is $36 to walk while most Phoenix courses charge $250-$350 all winter long, the summer pricing has s rated so I am playing one of my favorites today, Verrado Founders. One of my playing pards has never played there so he is in for a treat. $68 with a cart so a little high for a twilite rate but a fair price. ... Some nice pictures in the photo gallery: https://verradogolfclub.com/founders

  10. You might look for my thread Step by step guide to putt cross handed. I spent a lot of time since Spieth in 2015, to switch to xhand. Matt Fitz is among many who go xhand. Face balanced, front (low) hand index finger on the shaft pointing down.
  11. Date 05/06/2024 Course Name Heritage Isles GC Gross Score 82 Course Handicap 9 Gross Strokes over/under par 10 Net Score to Par 1 Net Score 73 Net Birdies or better Longest Drive Slope: 64.1/103 putts: 33 1 Birdie (Par 3 #8)
  12. Thanks! Yeah, honestly Thursday was a very good chance as I made the turn at even par. Had a tough luck bogey due to an overhanging tree branch on No. 12 tee box and missed a few other chances at birdies. But the wedge I hit into the water was CHUNKY and went basically no where... Really have been trying to just enjoy my time out there. Work has been crazy busy for the past few months so getting out and spending some time on the course has been a much needed distraction.
  13. Well, I have enough old clubs and junk ferrules that I oughta be able to try both techniques. Maybe I'll just hit the nearby "horror freight" store and grab their dirt cheap little belt sander and try that route...
  14. The amount of motorcycle riders in here is cool. Maybe time to get a special MGS jacket made up? My other hobby is rock climbing, which I find less scary than a motorcycle. It actually used to be my job, but I now split my time about 50/50 between them. I’m a better climber than golfer, but I have a similar relationship to each. As much as I enjoy trying to get better, as I’ve grown older I’ve realized it’s the time you get to spend outside with your friends and family that’s most meaningful. Here’s me a few years ago on a route in Kentucky, believe it or not:
  15. Shot 42/40:82 today with 9 Hcp left me with +1 net Hcp. I came in First. 50% FIR and only 33 putts. Messed up a few holes but held everything together for the 82 +10, just one over my hcp. Played the entire round with a Bridgestone RXS Mindset. Loving the feel and stopping of the RXS.
  16. I love my mini driver. It’s the 1st version, not the newest one, but I’m of the same opinion as yours.
  17. We’re approaching the final reviews and wanted to bump this to see if anyone has any last minute questions or comments. Played today and was able to gather some quality content and validate my experience these past few weeks. When you tee off at 9am and there’s still some dew on a course that’s seen rain the last two days, it makes life nice.
  18. @Wheelieb yeah in terms of timed penalties. Teams can usually pick when they wanna serve them. So if the guy in second is 2 seconds infront of 3rd. But 2nd place has a 5 second time penalty they haven't served in the pits (by waiting 5 seconds before the pit crew can service the car) that 5 seconds gets tacked on to their total time.
  19. Outstanding… For now, I have a wonderful backup plan…just don’t tell the 400 it’s my backup!
  20. ... Awesome to hear! But we both know what your G400 is saying:
  21. Happy birthday Id echo what Rob said, you’ve lived on your terms, sounds like life has been good to you so far and you have plenty of it left and you’ll meet someone when the time is right if it’s meant to be
  22. Great unboxing, the Black Mamba is looking fresh! For a second there, I thought you were performing some kind of magic trick pulling all of that bubble wrap out of the box.
  23. Question for the testers. Is the watch waterproof / shock proof? For example the Garmin S62 says it’s waterproof to 5ATM and the latest Apple Watch is water resistant to 50m. I can’t find any similar specs for any of the ShotScope watches
