The Wilson Staff Blade this year is an absolute bombshell, may be one of the best I’ve ever seen

It's such a hard question to answer as there are so many I love the look of. 

Cobra Forged Tec X, my current gamers are sexy to me. 

The Mizuno lineup has had so many such as the aforementioned MP-32, the JPX 921 Forged hold a special place in my heart, and the 241's are money 

Those Miura x Greyson are fire!

Srixon's ZX lineup are sexy along with their fraternal twins that Cleveland came out with this year. 

Edit: I forgot to mention how sexy the Edel SMS irons are, especially the 4 iron.

Havent ever hit them but i saw a sample head set at a golf show and was in love till i saw the price of like 200$+ per club and quickly walked away.

At the store these look absolutely perfect.  The look at address is outstanding….

They are beautiful irons! The notch in those hosels detracts slightly from their gorgeous looks, IMHO, but I understand the reason for the notch being there. Overall, that is one of the best looking irons I have seen in my 39+ years of playing golf, and 33 years as a clunfitter/clubmaker.

Ping introduced those notched hosels many years ago to make it easier to bend the clubs, particularly for adjusting lie angles. Although Ping has always recommended that owners of their irons return the clubs to Ping HQ for any necessary adjustments, they did condone adjustments by their licensed independent fitters (I was one of them for more than 15 years).

Even with the notch, most Ping irons have always been a real “bear” to bend, even by just a degree.

I'll say thankfully my taste has evolved since 2017.

I do have to think long and hard about what are my favorite looking. Based off nothing but looks. I have ideas but some are still tbd

The Wilson’s actually through initial testing are fairly friendly

Ok so you are a clubfitter ???  About those notches, I have been told a few different things but the rumor that it makes them easier to bend seems to be the most common?? Can you shed any light??

That “rumor” is not a rumor at all, it is the real reason for the notch. Ping iron heads have always been among the most difficult to bend and the notch does make bending somewhat easier. It shouldn’t be as much of a factor with forged irons, but in the past Ping irons were manufactured from cast stainless steel that was an absolute brute to bend.

I have long thought Wilson blades are as pretty as they get and saw a set of these in my friend shop and I had to hit them so we taped them up and I hit five balls and of those I only flushed two of them which was pure Utopia!!! Now the three I miss hit I believe a couple teeth fell out and I broke my wrist no but you damn sure know you missed. These Wilson FG100 Staff Blades are too sexy for this hack!!!

I remember hitting a 3 iron very thin on a 35 degree day on the first hole…pretty much took the rest of the round for the sting in my hands to stop.  But the pure shots were something else!

Part of the reason I moved from blades, still hurts a little with CB irons, but not nearly as bad.

Yeah when I miss with the I210s it still stings a little especially on a hosel rocket

Yeah, I’ve hit a couple hosel rockets with my Vokeys warming up…but usually it’s the pride that takes the bigger hit with that!
