I need some technical help.

As I have stated many times, I am a computer illiterate.  I am a dinosaur trying to function in the current social media world.   I love this site and would like to take full advantage to everything it offers, but I have a problem.  The only way that I can get on this site is via the forum back door so to speak.   Whenever, I try to get on the home page or anything but the forum, my computer won't let me.  I always get the following message- "This site cannot provide a secure connection".    I have no idea what to do or how to respond-I need help-help that would genuinely be appreciated.

Browser and operating system will help diagnose. Are you going to the site using http:// or https://. If the later try http://

And if it's a browser warning about the site being unsafe, you can go to Advanced and proceed anyway.
If you can, please snap a screenshot or photo and we might be able to identify the problem.
