Thanks! I did have surgery on my right elbow years ago in the AF. I recovered quickly and you should too. Just in time for next year as a player in Nebraska

Best of luck with the elbow issue @Javs, hoping that it all works out where you can play this summer and get it corrected in the fall/winter months.

@Erin B and @Preeway if this event goes on again next year, I will definitely consider it with some advance notice. 

Already made these plans to go to Wisconsin early in the year, so timing wasn't right for me this year.

Treat Chuck, @cksurfdude well, he is a great person to play a round of golf with, or just socialize with.

Thank you! I am going to try to play through it this summer. We are going on a cruise this fall so, need to try to hold off till winter. I believe the surgery recovery is quick.

As I mentioned on the GMT yesterday, I went to try new shafts for my Mizuno gamer driver yesterday and the shaft they put me on was a Brava, sort of an Autoflex clone with a fairly steep price tag; they quoted me a price of $500. Any chance of me pulling the trigger right away ended this morning when I went out to start my car and it wouldn't start, despite getting the starter replaced three weeks ago. Jumpstart got me going and I went back to the dealer. Wound up costing me $630 to get out of there. So much for that Brava shaft.

Good evening Spies on what was a nice weather day but also kept me very busy for most of the day and evening.

Hoping those traveling to Nebraska arrive safe and sound without too many issues, and that they have a great time this weekend.   

I need to finish packing and get ready to head out to Wisconsin in the morning.

IF it was up to me, we would leave very early but others who also are going are not early risers, so honestly, I am hoping to be on the road at 9:00AM.

Tomorrow I may actually post from a couple different states? 

@ILMgolfnut was it an additional issue that caused the second repair, could it possibly have been a misdiagnosis the first time it was repaired?

If the later, they should have tried to at least offer some sort of compensation or discount in my opinion.

Evening spies.  All that is left is some clothes to pack, and a few misc doodads.

Roll out is 0300 Sunday morning!

I've had this 21 year old Menards trailer for 16 years. Paid a hundred bucks for it. I've gone thru  4 sets of tires, 2 sets of bearings, and 6 sets of lights. Still going strong! (For reference its identical to the 2010 harbor freight trailer)

It was great, except the par 5s and the concrete greens. Ended up with an 87, penalties and all. But it was a new course for me and the boys, except @Preeway. This course played like a Sunday afternoon after 54 hole course. We all had our struggles and are or were figuring each other out as players. We sure did enjoy the company and conversation though!

Good evening Spies from Lake Delton(?) Wisconsin. Saw a sign that Reedsburg is 13 miles away so close to Jason Noble, @GolfSpy_KFT.

Trip here went well except for the traffic in the Chicago area and suburbs. Took me a couple hours just to get around the Chicago area itself and total drive was just over 520 miles door to door.

Glad that the crew in Nebraska posted today and looking forward to seeing more from that group as the weekend progresses.

Had a very productive day today, unboxed the final remaining boxes from our move, got some gardening done, and connected all the security cams, sensor lights, and the doorbell camera. Absolutely exhausted at this point, have been going since about 8am this morning, and it's just before 7pm now. Sitting back with a good scotch watching my Broncos thrash the Knights on one screen, and The Open on the other

Had a rough round this afternoon. Shot 80 and I didn't play bad or good. Was pulling every putt and just off with the sticks today. Looking forward to redemption tomorrow.

Great day for golf. All around a better swing day but struggled with the new Scotty but that was expected. I’ll go back to the Odyssey tomorrow but I really felt good about buying the Scotty after today. More pics coming in the Outing thread soon.

Evening spies!  Been a hectic day since 0430. Drove 2 hours to Panama City Beach and met with the owner of Lomabrdi golf,  Paul Christiani. We went to Signal Hill to try and get some course time in, but mother nature said NOOOO at the last-minute!

It's a tight track for sure nestled between the beach and the hub of the town.

Then it was final packing for my motorcycle trip. Finished up some honey-do stuff, and about to get to bed as I leave at 0230.

I booked a tee time at Lake Junalooska  golf course for noon tomorrow too (in Waynesville, NC). Will be meeting up with a friend I haven't seen in awhile that moved about an hour away from there.

I hope everyone has a great week ahead of them! I will try to check in when possible!

Just hanging out at work, got called in 4 hrs early due to a coworker emergency. This will put the icing on the cake for a 2 week total of 44.25 OT Hrs.. Cha- Ching!!!

3 more days then off for 5 days work 5 more then VACATION!!! only working 9 days total in August.

Got some putting in on the ExPutt, really getting better learning to read the greens, at first I was reading it backwards.. what was uphill was down. Improving though.

Rolled my best score todat improved by 9 strokes in game mode.
