I had felt my best then. Been feeling eh since around June. A lot to do with just not exercising I think as much with work being pretty busy and the gym at work closing. Think this could jump start me and I love having smoothies for breakfast/lunch just need to get back on it I think. Not a huge fish person/seafood in general. Will eat it occasionally but not my go to. Yeah, I really only like Halibut... which sucks because it’s stupid expensive and not fresh on the east coast. I don’t do crab or other crunchy types of things. Shrimp... yeah. We did the Paleo thing for a year, but I got sick of cauliflower pizza and bunless burgers. Pizza needs real crust. We are trying to find an economical way to add some healthier stuff, not that we eat junk, but it could be better. Locally sourced meat and all that, I just hate buying vegetables at the grocery store from who knows where. My sister-in-law has been vegan for 20+ years and we eat dinner with her quite often and my wife cooks a lot of vegan food so she will have something to eat at get togethers. Many cakes can be made vegan, oreo's are technically vegan (some may consider them vegan due to possible cross contamination or because they contain palm oil). You don't have to become vegan or vegetarian to eat healthy, it is all about food choices......something which I personally am very bad at doing Rickp, Shankster, MyWifesSwingCoach and 4 others 5 2 Quote Driver: G400 Max 9* w/ KBS Tour Driven Fairway: TS3 15* w/Project X Hzardous Smoke Hybrids: 915H 21* w/KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype 915H 24* w/KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype Irons: TR20V 6-11 w/Vizard TR20-85 Graphite Wedge: 54/12D, 60/8M w/:Accra iWedge 90 Graphite Putter: Sacks Parente MC 3 Stripe Backup Putters: Milled Collection RSX 2, mFGP2, Futura 5W, TM-180 Member: MGS Hitsquad since 2017
