Popular Post fixyurdivot
Top of the pot spies! Looks like another fantastic early spring day here in the Valley of the Sun. Men's league play today at Cimarron. Individual low net & skins plus round one of the "White Tank Tournament" qualifier. This is a 4 round event that starts late spring and runs through August with each of the four communities hosting a round. The qualifying rounds get the best 16 players who can play the events over summer (lots of players leave for northern latitudes) plus substitutes. I missed all this last year due to the back muscle issue... but hopefully I can make the team this year. Have a great "hump day" all! You normally overswing and the shortened swing is probably what your normal swing should be. I think we often do this to get more distance but instead we get out of sequence. I’m one of the ones that greatly benefited from shortening my swing particularly with the irons . It also helped me in flighting the ball and hitting the ball more pure and consistently. When I tend to get off with my alignment the first thing I do is ask myself is , “ am I in my 3/4 position at top “ . It’s also helpful that I have a couple of friends that don’t mind setting me straight when needed . cksurfdude, Steve F, Cfhandyman and 12 others 15 Quote Taylormade Stealth 2 10.5* Fujikura Ventus 5 S (tipped an inch) @ upright @9.75* Taylormade Stealth 2 HL 16.5* 3 wood Fujikura Ventus 6 S Taylormade Stealth 2 7 wood Fujikura Ventus 7 S Taylormade P7MC 5-PW Aerotech Steelfiber I 95 gm R Tileist SM09 54 & 60* wedges Ping Anser Bridgestone BXS
Popular Post EnderinAZ
Good morning spies. Spent the morning yesterday on the practice green with the A&M 9000 getting good footage for the report, right up until another guy came up and started telling me I am doing the filming and the report all wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that my chipper is wrong because I don't have it set up as a lob shot. Gad... So I looked at my watch, made like I was late, packed up and left. Sunny days are forecast for the week so I will get the last of what I need on Thursday. Wild bunch are playing today with temps in the mid 70's. Gonna be a great day. Here ya go.
