Nothing wrong with PA (except maybe Philly and the Eagles, oh and the Phillies, almost forgot, the 6ers and Steelers )! I don’t recall if I’ve ever played golf in PA….

I am not really a fan of any of those sports teams, although I do follow the Phillies a bit. I'm a Detroit Tigers, Buffalo Bills and (UGH) Buffalo Sabres fan through-and-through.  I've been a Tigers fan since the mid-1950s and a Buffalo Bills fan since the team was founded in 1960 and Sabres just a decade later.

The only Philadelphia sports team that I support vigorously is the Philadelphia Union in MLS.

I do earn a fair amount of money playing music in various clubs in Philadelphia and its suburbs and my band rehearses in a church in West Philadelphia (not a great neighborhood, but it's a great place to practice and rehearse).

Good evening MGS Troops! Wow what a windy day! 

Wind exhausts me. I’m tired and just wanna veg. Didn’t play any golf or do anything golf related. Bummed. The spousal unit got results. Next steps need to be planned. That’s pretty much my day. Oh, had to drive to Laramie this morning to lead my daughter over in the storm. That also makes a man tired. Oh happy day!!! Good evening!

Ranger Rob duties today. Nothing exciting really happened other than someone trying to trick the geo fence by driving backwards up to the green and dropping the cart backwards into a bunker.  Wish I had my phone handy for that one!!  maintenance had to pick it up by cradling the body with straps and lifting it out with a back hoe. This was to limit damage to the cart and the grounds around the bunker/fairway.

Played the back 9 at the Cheyenne Airport Golf Club. The shortened driver shaft was awesome. I am still working on figuring out this golf shot app, it sometimes messes up shots. No successful birdie hunting here. 

This last piece of data is why I selected golf shot. Good evening friends!

So, I hated missing the community call, but just as I was finishing work at the GC, my neighbor 200 yards away calls  and says there is an awful smell coming downwind from my property.

then my son calls to tell me that there is poop bubbling out of the ground.  Yup.. poop!

I rush home, and sure as sh!t, there it is.  Call the septic pumper out to meet me. Says it will be after 530. (It was 230 when I called.) He asked if the tank lid was accessible,  if not it's an extra 300 for locating and unearthing.

So I grab my trustee rebar and sledge hammer and begin pounding dirt.  Turned out I have 2 lids! Saved myself 300 bucks!

So this was my afternoon and evening events. Pumper shows up, they pop the lids, and as I was expecting  he quoted cousin eddie..."sh!tters full!"

They were nice enough to run a tornado line down the leech field pipe though.

Haha. I see all sorts of stupid sh!+ at my course.  I play with someone who works at the course so we are always correcting people and fighting this with groups ahead or behind. 

He had some college kids flip a cart, return it and try to hide the broken pieces and called them.  The kid goes, yeah we flipped it.  They came back up and paid for it but it happens at least once a week here.

That is never a fun event. 

I worked water/wastewater and I have seen some $h!t. Haha.

Practice practice practice. All sorts of weather. 

Yes those white specs in the picture is snow. It was cold. Temp was 43 with a 33 real feel on the course. Played another 9, hit the ball long, these New Level irons are long and the Newton shaft, now in my setup is long as well. Just couldn’t score or keep the ball on target. I think it was because I was cold . On a 190 par 3 I blasted my 5 iron 210 and left. Solid contact, just cold. How’d you all do today?

the spousal unit bought us all hydrogen rich water cups! It’s supposed to help with a lot of things including the “C”. This is Zoey and I modeling ours.

I had a pretty good round today of practice and focusing on some swing changes and grip changes.  Still managed 3 birdies today with practice.

I was able to get out and get a 9-hole round in this afternoon, posted in the "How Did You Play" topic, but weather was nice and sunny, cool and windy, and I played very well for it being this early in the season.
