My intro is up! My fitting is also complete; I'll try to post that info in the next day or two. (Sheesh, this @Josh Parker guy is going to be tough to keep up with...)

My irons are so old, they’re eligible for a senior discount.  I'm using my backup set because my other set has gone missing.  Good luck testers!

Finally in front of my computer and can pull some of the data from the TM fitting data.

These are the 3 of the better ones and obviously the red grouping was the winner.  The KBS TGI80 S were the second-place finishers with the stats as the following:

In the end it had just enough variation that my fitter Gavin wasn't happy with the end result.  We ended up on the Recoil Dart 75 S 

As I mentioned, the outcome is a much lighter club than I have ever been fit into but I'm trusting the process and we are going to see what the results display.  

I am happy with the grouping with the recoils and it's the shot shape I want to see with control and consistency.  We are still waiting on the email saying that the specs have been confirmed and order shipped, but stay tuned as we have the rest of the crew doing fittings over the next few days!

Yeah, those Recoil Darts are super tight! Heck, I'd take that TGI dispersion too.

I'm really going to be following your experiences with the lighter shafts. My Recoil 95's are some 30g lighter than my previous shafts and I'm liking the 3sw point lighter feel.

That dispersion with the recoils is unreal.  Kind of looks like a cheat code.  Can’t wait to see those “darts” in action!

This will be a fascinating battle of the very good Srixons versus the gen 7 PXG and how really good are they?  Your fitting data was impressive. This should be an epic battle.

The recoil dispersion was crazy!  I give my fitter a ton of credit just tweaking things and dialing it in.

When he pulled that shaft out, was it a total whim or did he have a reason from what he was seeing to try that? I'm curious going from one end of the spectrum to the other, if there as a reason given.

So, my current clubs are KBS Tour V 100R and the last fitting I had, put me in SF Graphite 110R so we started on the heavier side of things.  The heads seem very light to me vs my Srixon's so the heavier shafts and I weren't getting along.  Not horrible groupings but speed was down and trajectory wasn't right.  He was working a heavier to lighter shaft and then adjusting head weight slightly until we fell into the Recoils.

We had talked about getting into a better flight window with higher launch and discussed numbers.  If you look at the Darts data below, I fall into mostly good with a mid flight and have some improvements with high trajectory.

Basically, if I correct my attack angle, these numbers fall in the optimal.

Even when we got the shaft dialed in, he still wanted to improve it some and tried a couple different weights in the head port.  I'm super happy with the fitting and my fitter Gavin.

I agree that the fitter did a killer job. Mine was a bit of a slog here, which is another reason I didn't buy Gen6 back in May. We tried literally every shaft he had with no luck. Although I don't think we did the Dart's in 75 F4, just down to the MMT in 80 S. I may need to make a trip to a PXG store in ATL or some other location for another PXG fitting.

For $25 u get to play on a simulator for an hour, get great tips and they give u a 12 pack of golf balls that cost $40.. Ur actually helping ur golf game, having fun, hitting new clubs, and profiting $15.. Don't see the down side

I did a virtual fitting yesterday since the nearest store is 3hrs away. I get the dozen balls too, which are already on their way.
