Because of travel time I would miss Valentine's Day with my wife so that I can be with you for your birthday. Hmmmm? Probably not a good idea. Not to mention, it is cold there now. Even though I would like to be there for festivities. Nidine said that when you turned 40 she was definately trading you for two 20's. She is wired for 220 also.

How do I reduce the size my pics so I can put it in my photo?

 

It says that it's "too large" but I used the same size on my avatar and it automatically downsized it and took it. This one says the same about downsizing but it doesn't do it.

 

It just rejects it.

Oh yea, Rick nice verse. A little outa my league though hangin around here has definitely been good for my couture(my mom told me this word).

There are probably 100 ways to do it but here is mine. Open the picture in Windows. Top line far right click Open. Then click Microsoft Picture Manager. Then Edit Pictures. Then pick the size you want. Then save and upload the saved one.

Oh, another thing. Danno, Thanx for the iem thread. Fantastic info. That guy put some serious time into that. Also, I got a few serious iem's, HaHa. I mean, I knew they cost a few bucks, hell, I bought em, and they sounded good to me, but he rated em pretty good.

Oh Dan, reminders everywhere huh? I had a harder time turning 30 than I did turning 40, although I still say there's no way I'm old enough to be over 40 and married for 20 years!

 

I turned 42 this year, which is messing with my head a bit to tell the truth. My dad was 42 when he died, got electrocuted. I was 11. My brother was 9 and my sister was 2! I have an 8 year old son and 3 year old daughter. Not that I think the same thing will happen to me. It's just at 11, 42 sounded really old. Now that I'm there, it's not old at all. Strange how our perspective changes with time!

 

You're not over the hill yet! But maybe you should check into that add!!! Ha ha!

I was in charge of dinner tonight, so I decided on Chili's Take Out. When wifey came home, we arrived back at the same time. I asked what we were doing for Valentine's tomorrow, and she said she would not be here, and Valentine's Day is useless and she was happy with what I got her tonight. So can I pick them or not. Ok, I did have a couple of Mulligans but I finally hit one down the middle.

That's awesome. My wife & I ignore VD (valentines day) completely too. Between Christmas, Birthdays, Mothers/Fathers Day & our Anniversary it just got to be too much. We both said "this is stupid". I got a keeper

Mine is does not make a big deal about any holidays. We spend most every Monday doing something together, going to Dallas for lunch or the movies or something, plus Saturday nights and that is her holiday. She says that if there is something she wants she buys it. If there is something I want I buy it. Why wait.

There are 364 other days you can buy me presents .... correction 363 because you shouldn't be buying me anything on your birthday the day after Valentines day. The point is I'd like to feel special not because the media says you should buy your loved one something on this day that everyone else is getting stuff for being loved.

 

I will say that Dan-o did get me something... actually made me the best Valentines day present ever last year (keep in mind I love Terrence and Phillip on South Park):

 

 

I laminated it and it stays on my desk year round
