Are those just a few indentations to move weight around?

Not really move way around per se. Most probably to add weight. You drill out the carbon steel and add in a heavier metal plug. Normally tungsten.
I have a revolving WITB policy.

Just got fitted for Mizuno MP15 irons and I can tell you they are fantastic sticks ! I was playing Mizuno MP60's for 8 years so it was time to get current . We came to a mutual agreement that the KBS Tour stiff shaft worked best with these irons. I set them up with 2 degrees upright and so far I have been hitting my irons much more solid and the misses are much better. I highly recommend these irons.
