I guess my biggest question would be why did it take so long.  He's been with Nike for an entire season and it took this long for them to tailor a combination for him?

 

Maybe that explains his results this season...

Very doubtful we'll ever get to try the Covert v3 or v6 or whichever one he's tried this week. They won't release a fixed hosel model of it is my guess. And if they do, it'll be a "Limited" model.

One round does not a season make, but it's the best round he's played in a long time.  I really hope it's the start of something great this season.  Golf is more fun to watch when you can get a few players that just dominate and battle it out.
