Stoopit club 'ho story:
When they first came out, I'd tried the Ping Crossover 5. Kinda liked it .. sometimes not .. so traded it in. The next season I was like, hey let's try the newer version G400 Crossover. Kinda liked it .. sometimes not .. so traded it in.
Then this season.... Still have a gap in my bag between the 6i and the 4H. Not too crazy about higher-lofted wedges, and still not hitting my 5i consistently enough to game it, so...
Picked up a "Mint" original year G Crossover 5 (had a credit at Global Golf)... 


I may or may not have done that a few times with drivers...

Depending on how it turns out, I either upgraded my driver or gave myself additional fitting options 🙂

I've got a Speeder from my 816 that I can swap in here as well. Once enough snow clears for me to set up a driving station outside (can't swing driver in the garage), I'll do some self-fitting tweaking on the SkyTrak.

Mizuno GT190 driver with Tensei Blue stiff shaft, 10.5 degrees dialed down to 9.5 and minus 1/2 inch. The added weight in this club is a much better fit for me than the lightweight XXIO, well today it was anyway.

Just got a heck of a deal on these. Was looking for some Wingtips. I guess the Volt sole will have to do.

Nice! 2ndswing is great. IMO, Always at least 1 condition level better than what they rate it as.

Wilco! I’m guessing I like them. I hope they get the one with a bit more compression “for Woodland” our sooner than later too.

If these are even slightly like the 2015 FG Tour, I will buy stock in the Duo Pro.

It's so great having a physical store near me. I can't imagine why anyone would go to Golf Galaxy in the same area when you can get a high level fitting for no cost, with purchase.
