I really enjoy the Arnold Palmer Invitational - presented by MasterCard. The finish last year at the Arnold Palmer Invitational - presented by MasterCard was really exciting. I can't recall who won the Arnold Palmer Invitational - presented by MasterCard the year before. How many times have there been playoffs at the Arnold Palmer Invitational - presented by MasterCard? I'd like to go to the Arnold Palmer Invitational - presented by MasterCard. Tonight after work I'll watch Arnold Palmer Invitational - presented by MasterCard.

Making a point: just listen to the broadcast. They will never just say the Arnold Palmer Invitational, the Arnold Palmer or the Palmer. It's always; Arnold Palmer Invitational - presented by MasterCard. Ridiculous.

Sponsors pay big money to support these tournaments and have their name highlighted.  Name recognition is important to them.  Other tournaments have shorter names because they don't have a celebrity name involved.  In the old days when a celebrity had their name on a tournament, they still had sponsors, but we didn't hear it much because there was no Golf Channel.

 

You probably won't like them saying The Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide either.

I'm not liking the Coverage of this tournament at all. The basketball has gotten out of hand so I've switched over. After five minutes I just saw my first live shot. Oh great and now after the second one they go to commercial.

 

Oh but they did tell me that Hoffmann's ball is in the bunker. Terrible coverage.

It was a great finish but again I would wonder why we couldn't have seen more golf - at least we saw the last three holes - it was just like the old days. :)

I agree Rev. I really like watching when they show everybody, and don't talk so much, there was some really good golf being played out there, and just because there weren't really any big time names in the hunt other than Stenson they didn't show much, but I really did like Hoffman's outfit today, those shoes were pretty nice.
