74 degrees right now at 10am. Hopefully it stays this way with minimal wind. Praying that the rain stays away too, tee off in an hour!!

I played yesterday with a couple friends working on a few things.  Now back out there today for our Tuesday group where the money games begin!  Back out again Thursday for a more casual Santa Claus round.  :D

Today is my first time out for 2018 and boy should it be a doozy....   :wacko:   Huge sore head from football party last night so if I can make contact with the ball today it will  a miracle.   If the weather wasn't supposed to be so nice I would call in sick (playing golf) today.  It's suppose to 59 degrees and sunny so I'll crawl out there and give it a go.  

 

kingcscott is supposed to join us today. Tee times beginning at 10:48 and I apologize ahead of time for this sucky golf you are about to witness  :D

Yes it was!  Everybody looked like they had lost their best friend for life....  With that said the weather was beautiful and we plowed through the day with good friends.  This too shall past...

I understand that you and your buds may be a bit down, but your Dawgs made it to the game and took it to overtime.   That's an accomplishment worthy of pride.   Just tell your buds, that you have a friend that is a Wahoo that celebrates a .500 season, how would they like to be that guy.

No offense here wahoo. But I don't think GA is into any moral victories. They are too good for thaf. It was actually AL thst made a game of it and took it to OT. As GA did more than just be proud. They were the better team for 3 plus quarters.

 

But Saban did Saban things by making thst move at halftime. That is one reason he's considered possibly the best college coach ever.

No offense taken, Carolina, we are too good of friends for that.   But understand that my perspective is from the Wahoo experience.  The only things from football that we ever had were moral victories and a tapped keg.  And from that perspective, I was just trying to cheer up a friend.  I assume the good ole boys from Georgia know how to tap a keg, win or lose.

Have fun! We just got 10” of snow last night.

 

Dang buddy when we have a five day run of low temps and we have had a brutal couple of stretches, it bums me out.   I feel sorry for you folks dealing with that crap several months out of the year.

The little one has a lesson today, and then we'll play 9 afterward. This will be the last time I touch my clubs for about six weeks. I go under the knife this coming Thursday. My surgeon said no golf for two weeks, then chipping and putting only for another month or so.
