I saw a post from some racist moron on FB today. That almost make me close my account.

 

It was a comment posted in a thread a friend had started. I don't know this piece of human crap and don't care too. I started to reply to him. But I saw a few others did and he just basically spewed hate and ignorance to them. It did just confound me though how someone can actually think those comments and thoughts are actually proper and that others would think so as well.

 

I quickly decided to just exit and move on. Although I did think later I should say something to the "friend" who has him on their FB.

 

Or perhaps best to not follow that person any more.

 

The Internet does reveal the worst in some people though or identifies them to the rest of the world.

It seems when responding to an e-mail, I somehow registered for Facebook.  I have no idea how I did it.  Now several times a day, I get an e-mail from Facebook saying I have any number of notificatlons and that I have collected over 100 of them.  Unfortunately, I have no idea how to respond or what to do about it.   Reading some of the posts here perhaps I should say Fortunately, I don't know how to respond.

This last weekend wasn't too bad.  We have wildfires in the area; been that way all summer long it seems.  However, today the slight breeze that we have is from a different direction and the smoke has just rolled in... big time!!   Schools posted today that all recess will be indoors.

Same here, sun is just an orange dot in the sky. Was supposed to be 90* just got to 75* at 1:40 pm. Played anyway this morning course was pretty quiet.
