I fell off the bed last night. Ha

 

I made a 2am stop in the facility and didn't turn any lights on. When I got back to the bed and went to sit down I missed it by a foot and went down hard

 

Fortunately it was square on my butt and not my knees (replacement). I was fine and laughed it off.

 

But a bit sore today.

Pretty sure I prematurely ended my golf season yesterday taking off my uniform shirt. Left shoulder is on fire and I can barely move it. Headed to the doc here in a bit to asses the damage. Wish me luck!!

I apparently aggravated my already gimpy knee Monday on a field trip with my wife.  We were out on a nature trail and I was along to carry the heavy camera and back pack. it was rough terrain with plenty of hills to climb and uneven ground, rocks, etc. to travel over.   We had a blast however the next day I noticed my knee was unusually sore.  Today it's worst and I have been icing it down . It feels like a torn meniscus which I have had in the pass however since this knee has had a total replacement, I wasn't sure if I still have a meniscus. :wacko:

I wasn't very good to my body as a kid. Falling of mountain bikes at high rates of speed, jumping cars, falling off skateboards... it's finally starting to catch up. I can only image what another 30 will do... not looking forward to it. Well the stuff falling apart portion of it anyways.

Nope!  We don't have a meniscus anymore.  When I do a little too much activity, my TKR "knee" gets a little sore.  It goes away after a few days of rest.  Next time take the pocket camera!   :D  You aren't the "ole gray" mule you used to be anymore.

You got that right!   I have more aches and pains every morning than a cotton field has balls at harvest time.  :unsure:  Yea this ole gray mule is worn out.  :D
