Recently upgraded my setup with re-shafting my irons from regular to stiff and upgrading my woods from the old G series. Best advise I can recommend is get fit for all your clubs as well as dial in each shaft from a proper club builder. It makes a world of difference.

That's a great looking set! Love the G crossovers.

 

Which shafts did you get?

I changed out the regular shafts in the irons and stiff Alta shafts in the crossovers for the AWT 2.0 Stiff steel. I've been told they are built by Nippon now? The wedges W, U and S now have the Wedge AWT replacing the regular steel also. Totally different clubs now. I'm 100% believer that the shaft is a major player in the club fitting process and it's best to hit each flex before laying down the cash.

The frequency machine or tuner will tell the story. If you look at my profile you will see different shafts in different clubs as far as "stiffness" is concerned. Never believe a stated shaft label. My stuff is all the right flex for me. I do all my own stuff and have access to a tuner so I know what I have. Like you said it pays to have shafts fitted to you. The shaft  along with balance is what drives the club. Sounds and looks like you and your fitter did a good job on your stuff
