I was up a bit later than usual talking and laughing with my wife and daughter so it was a short night of sleep but, well worth it. Trying to kick my soda habit and today marks three consecutive days without any soda. I was only drinking a can or two per day but I’d really like to just stop it all together. Today is the last day of good temps in the extended forecast with a high of 70° predicted. Tomorrow gets to the mid-50s and after that it’s all about the 40s. Have a great day everyone!! First day back is always a tad tedious as everyone wants to tell you what is going on and what has happened. Shoulder is a tad sore and stiff, which usually also happens after the first day back. Hard work shaking my fist and pointing. Babying my wrists as they are still attempting to stay sensitive and weak. Anyhow, it always strikes me how old I am and how young the people on the work site are. Well, off to start another day, some of the Louisiana boys made the coffee this morning.
