Morning everyone! Hope your favorite golfer(s) did well yesterday. We had the perfect Sunday. Range in the morning, followed by a workout in the fitness center, Then off to our friend's house for Easter dinner and the Masters. While none of us were really big Rambo fans, we all preferred him over any LIV golfer. 

Back to the range today to work out some kinks with my 3 wood.

Good morning and happy Monday all!  Looks like 70's and possible 80 this week.  Got my first course opening email so its starting.  Still some snow and wet conditions on course but this is going to be a big week.  My son still has indoor practice at least for Tuesday as the course/driving range at their home course isn't open yet.  Still having tryouts with 28 kids to cut down to 25.  Going to get him on a course this week to get some work in before cuts are made.  Should be a good week!

Goooood morning al! Chilly but beautifully sunny outside.  Late start but been busy! On my second cup of coffee and running around trying to get stuff done.  A lot of great stuff on tap for today, cannot wait!  Hope its a great day for everyone!

Quick hour long flight this morning from my parents house back to New York, now made my way into the office (and directly onto the forum!)

I always get a little sad and nostalgic the day after a big event like the Masters haha, but hope everyone has a great Monday!

Good Morning everyone!  Mowed the lawn yesterday afternoon before a shower came through; more on the way this afternoon; we need it!!  But tomorrow the wind comes back 25-30mph with higher gusts, and temps dip close to freezing at night.  However, I see 70's this weekend!!

I have NOTHING on my radar today.  I think I will spend the day exercising and working on my swing in my hitting bay.  I was thrilled with some of the shots I made yesterday and want to reinforce those feels.  Might head to the course before the showers come for some short game work.

Good morning all!  Going to be another busy week of youth sports, work, mgs moderator shenanigans, and seemingly a late week bout with the flu.... temps are supposed to be in the 80's afterall! 

If it wasn't such a big close period at work and I wasn't going away immediately after the forecast was due you can bet your bottom dollar I'd be taking a personal day.  I should at least be able to sneak out to the range on lunch.  That will have to do for now.

 

As a former director of mine used to say at our 9am Monday team meetings... TGIM people!

We got 0.13" yesterday... maybe 0.6" tonight.  Then nothing for the next 10 days.

We got 6.5" all last year!!  You will probably get your 6.5" in one storm when it comes.

good morning all, slept better last night as I didnt have to get up at 530 am PST to glue myself to the Masters... Wow what a tournament!! I'm motivated to get started on some positive reps this week as I have a tournament April 22-23rd, "practice with a purpose"

Wife's week off from school so let her sleep in while I took poochie for a walk (usually her thing in the a.m.)...

..unfortunately did not have my phone with me as one street we went up (and I haven't been on in several days) there's this old spreading Dogwood that has just *popped* .. yeah yeah I know Dogwoods are pretty common but this one is not just white and not just pink .. it has really large deep pink and white blossoms that almost look a bit like tulips! .. and as we came up the street the sun was shining through it from the other side...

...aaahhhhhhhhhhhh............. 

(P.S.: no, poochie wasn't all too impressed with that spot of Nature's splendor .. too many nasty things at street level to sniff.)

Well forgot to get coffee on our shopping trip Saturday so had to wait until I got to work. Woof that’s a start to the day.

I feel for you on this one Freddie! Been a few years since I had some Pat Leave, but the stack of emails on top of already being bummed about leaving mom and baby at home just stinks!

Definitely. I had to use PTO for it both times, took two weeks each time. Our first was a week late so I only got one week at home which was tough. Second was born the December before COVID so I got to be at home a lot that time around which was a beautiful silver lining of all of that craziness. Really wish the US would adopt universal paid maternity and paternity leave like some other countries.

I am very lucky to have gotten 6 week this last time around with from my employer, and it was amazing to get that time after coming from a couple weeks the first two times around.

This is awesome and more employers should be adopting policies like this. It's crazy

Alot are doing it now from what I have heard/seen. We get I believe 10 weeks and can split it up how we want. I know I took 4 weeks after my wife went back to work to ease that transition. Its nice flexibility.

I got 5 days off for all of my kids births.  Now they are giving 12 weeks…. I asked for a refund because they owe me lost time… of course it was denied.

GM Y'all- It's a beautiful day in the neighbourhood and we should all be out playing (in this weather anyways). Had a LOUSY round(for another thread) on Saturday but at least I was out playing.
