*Special Announcement* - End of Season 2 Tournament Event

Thank you everyone! Especially to my partner @CFreddie he came through and moved the needle for us! A shout out to @EMacK1961 and @daviddvm making the finals was no easy task. Great job gents! Thank you to everyone who played this year it was a great event and added to the weekly golfing fun. Of course, this was only made possible because of all the hard work by @GolfSpy_BEN and @Golf2Much. You guys rock and make sure we all have a great event. Thank you two for everything!

Thank you to all who competed this season! It was a lot of work, but more importantly also a lot of fun. 

Season 3 will be starting soon and there will be a post coming in the next week or so, that will have details for the format change, key dates, and a breakdown of the season 3 scoring. Stay tuned!

Looking forward to it. Enjoyed the few weeks that I got to compete right before the season ended.

A big thank you to @GolfSpy_BEN for his tremendous work throughout the season as well as @Golf2Much for collecting, collating and reporting of the tournament data. And now for the main event. 

A heartfelt congratulations to one of my pre tournament favourites of @Javsand @CFreddie for winning the MGS VCT cup tournament with a big shout out to the team of@EMacK1961 and @daviddvm for a hard fought battle.

They  brought the heat but the javsfreddie team brought a mix of habanero/scotch bonnet and ghost pepper purée hot sauce to incinerate all in site. @Javs has respectfully requested that like NHL tradition he gets the cup for a day, so he can fill it with beer and big hot dogs and show it off at the course.  
 

Not to be outdone, cfreddie has a pool party planned for the cup 

 
Now for a few memorable photos of the intense tournament action.  @Javs using his Javelin rangefinder to line up another birdie or is that take out the competition 

 And then there’s the birdie machine @CFreddie proudly showing of his chirping skills  Now @daviddvm has pointed out that there are certain challenges to playing in Texas, where everything is bigger 

And not to be outdone @EMacK1961 has pointed out from the 19th hole  

there are unique challenges to playing in Mexico.

Last but not least as the very “unofficial and unlicensed” agent of @Javs/ @CFreddie and future and past winners they have respectfully requested a MGS VCT tournament dinner. Menu below and Bon Appetit.  Needless to say approval is required from @GolfSpy_APH and his esteemed GolfSpy board of directors ( @GolfSpy_BEN

They had net  birdies on 7 of the first 8 holes and didn't look back!

They have won the Season VCT Cup Tournament and a special badge will be added to both of their trophy rooms commemorating their excellent effort. Well done gents!
