Gonna flip this one - something that does exist but I wish didn't - and yeah I'll get flamed for this one, but...

The beverage cart.

In my mind it's only an impediment on the course. Yeah I understand it's a big revenue marker for the course but plz c'mon look at the guys just sitting there, in their carts, trying to hit on the usually way way way too young for them server chick...

Stock up before you go, restock at the turn. Go to the 19th Hole after the round, then go to a millennial bar and cruise chicks there.

Please.

Alot of good things were suggested that i agree with so i tried to think of one not recommended. How about a red/green light on blind tee boxes. Yeah some courses have bells but those are subjective to how hard to ring it or even if you do, but a like traffic sort light would be easier.

Been playing for about 2 years in total. Winter breaks and a 6month period when I got sick. Starting to feel like myself again and recently played a “okay” round.
I currently have custom fit Cobra LTDx irons/wedges, a Vokey 60(cause my short game has been the best part of my game, and a Maverick 9 deg. Driver. Driving is the worst part of my game so My 4 iron usually takes alot of the long game abuse.

As long as there is a sign that says where to park the cart, and people actually follow the rules for that hole. It also has to have a really good magnetic pickup relay to control the light.

Just an old newbie golfer, trying to learn and improve 1 club at a time.

Unfortunately, the courses with bells around here have removed or disabled them. They were constantly being vandalized.

I've seen a few periscopes, but those only work over hills, not around corners.

Great idea for some kind of indicator .. but it would have to be automatic, eg some sort of remote sensor tech or cam + display screen, whatever .. which means expensive...

On my course just on the Front 9 there are two blind shots! One off the tee goes downhill, and one on the approach going uphill.

Could actually enhance both safety and pace of play.

Interesting idea! I could see something that would assist in blind tee shots. Maybe you need to invent this and make bank!
