Without seeing the results of ball flight, they may be the worst swings you would fix immediately on the course. Hard pass for me. Practice swings may be exercise, but without knowing that you're doing things the way you want to do them, it seems like it could be counterproductive. You'd be better off with 30 or 40 practice shots, with feedback of some kind (launch monitor, video, ball flight). You might be better off with 15 or 20 minutes of no-ball slow-motion drills in front of a mirror, rehearsing specific changes, combined with occasional live practice on a range. I used to take tons of no-ball practice swings growing up, working on what my teacher was teaching me. I'll probably hit birdieballs for at least some of these practice swings. It is not much of something wrong, is more that Ive been feeling tight overall, and I'm trying to get to loosen up a bit, as well as working on developing a consistent delivery. But I get what you mean, practicing bad habits can actually get them to become worse. I appreciate the feedback, eventually I want to get it to a point where I can hit a bunch of practice balls on a Net at the very least, right now is not something my practice set up allows me to do. Unfortunately, the area I have to practice right now, would not be suitable even with the birdie balls. I would love to hit 100 balls a day, with different clubs, I'm working on getting the appropriate set up for it.
