Moving your shoulders more to the right at address

At 7:37 in this video he says "the shoulders are a touch more to the right", how would you move your shoulders more to the right without also rotating your spine, so your spine stays in the original position?

Based on the video and what they are talking about I would say the shoulders are more closed at address.
