@CFreddie, nice birthday present!  You and @Javs threw down the gauntlet with two great scores.  You set the bar pretty high...I mean low (score obviously).  

I have a feeling that @EMacK1961 and @daviddvm are not going to take this challenge lying down and will respond with great rounds.  It's not over until it's over per Yogi!

We'll find out in about 60 hours!

Was able to get out early for a round on my birthday - lets just say it was my day, posting a personal best 78!  Let’s get this @Javs!!!

@Javs, great round. What was in that “medicinal” hot sauce.  It sure worked. Well done.  @CFreddie another great round. You guys are on fire.  
But rumour has it that @EMacK1961 and @daviddvm are bringing their scotch bonnet/ghost pepper “damn the torpedoes” hot sauce to the party. So this may not be over.

Javs, have you ever tried Biolyte? It’s a lot better than Gatorade Zero or Powerade, and less expensive. I use it pre and post workouts and in my water bottle on the golf course (two 18-20 oz bottles of Biolyte on ice in hot weather).

When I say “less expensive”, that’s based on me having a monthly subscription; if you buy Biolyte at CVS or Walgreens, it’s more expensive, and they usually have a very limited selection of flavors (I happen to prefer the berry, tropical, and punch flavors — mellon is also pretty good)

No I have never heard of it. However, I really appreciate the information. I tend to get dehydrated. Especially in the Texas summers. I’m going to give it a try. I just ordered some on Amazon. Thank you!!

I think you made an error on entering. Might want to check the course handicap. I don’t think you are a 45.

I'm guessing he meant to hit 5 for his course handicap and his finger got in the way.  If not, there will be an Exceptional Score Reduction and a call from the Handicap Committee!

It’s great stuff—no sugar and lots more electrolytes than any other electrolyte-replacement drink, and it tastes good. It’s also great for preventing calf and leg cramps, if you are prone to getting them from walking the golf course or doing heavy leg work in the gym.

I ordered a case and will give it a try. If it helps with gym recovery and keeping hydrated here in the summer, then it’s a winner! Thank again really appreciate it!

The round started off pretty well. Then the wind and rain came. Up to 35mph gusts. Wrecked my back 9 totally. 10 strokes difference. Hopefully @daviddvm rocked the back and carried us to victory.
