What, exactly, does "it" refer to? Adam Scott's butterfly prototype Scotty Wack-E... Oops... I mean prototype Scotty? Only took what, like 4 years to make it into someone's bag and Scott wins with it rather quickly. I'm setting the over under at 60% personally.

That's a tough one, Scotty has no problem with not releasing tour only putters. Combine that with the uncertainty of the anchoring issue and I don't see it getting released any time soon. I'll say 10% chance.

 

However if the anchoring issue gets resolved soon and it's allowed then I'll up it to a 70% chance.

I'll bet he'll make a couple commemorative putters but not make them for retail.

Perhaps a scaled down (size and weight) version for a non belly putter, but I doubt he releases it as a belly with the Anchoring debate swirling. I'd say 20% chance

I think if the clamor for it is loud enough, there will be a LE release, minimum. I'm guessing there won't be much demand, though, so all you'll see are some "tour" versions sold for $2K plus to the faithful.

That's certainly not what it looked like to me, but I didn't zoom in to double check or anything.

When they re-poll the whole anchoring thing; supposedly, there is to be 80% against the banning movement and 20% for the banning. That is through the PGA of America, supposedly. That is up from the original 60% against the banning movement and 40% for the banning when it first came out.

 

Not to thread-jack but I'm having a hard time thinking they're going to pass this ban on anchoring...

I wouldnt be surprised to see it get released. Scotty never fails to cash in on whatever he thinks he can make money on.
