The cost on that one is: $300.00 plus shipping, and NO reselling afterwards.

Decided to pull the trigger on these TRUE linskwear slides. Wanted something comfortable for before/after the course, taking the dog out, etc. and my wife hates that I usually wear Crocs for those activities 

Got them in the "Greige" color that should go with nearly everything. I also hate wearing sandals and flip/flops at the pool or beach and I figured these might be a good alternative for that as well.

Those look really comfy and less obnoxious than my yellow crocs. You'll have to let us know what you think!

Pretty sure you can also wear those on the course!  The lugs don't look any different than the golf sandals I've been seeing ads for lately!

Grabbed a few more things from what's probably my current favorite small-time golf brand: Live Forever Golf. The hoodies: amazing - lightweight, soft, and comfortable (for mid-summer on-course, I'd still go Rhoback Blitz Tech over this, but for my office, this is the one). The acronym: hilarious. The logo: incredible (can anyone name that former PGA Tour player?). It's my first polo from them - feels nice, but we'll see how it compares. 

Also picked up some fresh RWB gear - a couple Branded Bills WI hats, and the Swag Apollo Creed cover (haven't been a big fan of them lately, but this one was hard to pass up).

Received a package from @rkj427 today.

Inside it was a pretty much unused and like-new Scotty Cameron Phantom X7. I just couldn't ignore the opportunity to get my first Scotty in exactly the model, length and neck I loved when I tried one earlier this year. Thanks Robert for sharing the finds with some of us forum members and not profiteering. You're a gent!

The putter even has the protective plastic still on the underside (the dirt around the edge of the black sole is dust under the edge of the protective plastic)!

The grip is a little skinny for me, so I'll switch that out and stick it in the bag after a practice session tomorrow. I'll keep the Toulon in the bag for league tonight, but it really has some competition now!

 

Now to sell a couple of clubs to offset the unplanned impulse buy...

Edit: considering trying one of those new Golf Pride reverse taper grips on this putter. Anyone tried them?

Edit #2:Took the plastic protective film off. Man it's a nice looking putter!

I got a good deal, and I took a chance.

First, I believed the hype, took a flyer, and ordered an ACCRA Shogun driver shaft to try.  Blue M0, as a not-inexpensive otto-phlex attempt.  It should be here next week.  I am eager to try it. 

I also made an offer on a set of Hogan Apex 99 irons on the Bay, which much to my surprise was accepted.  I have wanted to try these blades for a long time.  The 9 iron does not match, but at the price I don't mind.  I can find single clubs easier than whole sets.  I am pumped for these!

Well... I officially pulled the trigger on the Odyssey Mini Jailbird putter. I went with the DB version, as I wanted zero toe hang. I got the 35" one as I'm more comfortable with that height. Can't wait for it to get here and put it into play!

Oh man that's a nice putter, this years Odyssey putters look awesome. I've been -attempting- to hassle Callaway into releasing a milled Rossie, but no luck so far

It’s a very nice putter. I have one 3 degrees flat and 34 inches. I switch between it and my new Scotty. Right now the Scotty is in the bag.

I love the look of my Scotty but it's not very forgiving. Has a lot of toe hang and I don't have a very arced putting stroke. Hoping this can help me start shaving strokes on the greens!

Rover Rick, are u still liking the Mizu ES21?  I just bot a 58 x 08 new old stock for $80.  I love my pair of Mizu S 5, the 52 x 09.  One is bent to 50 deg and the other bent to 54, so now I gap nicely from my PW at 45, to a 50 and a twin at 54.  I have a Mizu T7 60 x 06, bent to 58.  I saw this NOS today and decided to try it.

I think you will find it a winner. Whenever I find I need help with my stroke I put mine back in the bag.

Another great looking putter. They’ve continued to release great models lately. Idk if anyone saw the Toulon Alcatraz announcement, but I was very tempted to wait for it. I had a feeling it would be much more expensive and I didn’t want to wait, but it’s a beaut!

I posted a step by step guide to putting cross handed.  I switched years ago, took a while to eliminate the wrong variables, love it, face balanced anything will work for me.

A New Old Stock 58 x 08 Mizuno ES 21, the black dart lobber.  KBS 115 shaft, makes it close to 20 grams lighter than TT DG wedge shaft.  Brand New $80 for leftovers, so why not?  Not a main tool for me, I use a chipper near the green, but for going over obstacle about 20 yards,  30 yards max.  I have a pair of matched gapped Mizuno S5 for everything else up to 100 yards, when I use my PW.

There is a lot of good information in this thread. Also, I have one. A number of the issues and limitations of the original MLM were remedied in the MLM2Pro. For the price, it is arguably the best personal launch monitor on the market. My only complaint would be the subscription for premium. As the premium is needed to really enjoy all the benefits available on this device. Lately, I am really enjoying the target range, as it makes hitting balls into a net less tedious and gives purpose to my practice sessions at home. Lastly,  Enjoy it!
