dlow206
I have been bringing random granola bars that I find around the house. Once those are gone, not sure what snacks to bring. GregGarner
Growing up, my dad and I had the exact same routine:We each got a Powerade/Gatorade at the turn, he'd get a milky way and I'd get a Snicker's. Then after the round we'd go to Sonic (we'd try to time our round to end between 2-5p) and get cherry limeades and split cheese sticks. These days, I'm usually playing first thing in the morning, so it's a Clif Builders bar and some Stok on the way to the course and then a nature valley oats n honey at the turn (unless I'm playing late and it's lunch time). I fill up my water bottle with Gatorade and drink that throughout the round. If the front nine wasn't great, I'll toss back a couple beers at the turn, but it's not every round downlowkey and aerospace_ray 2 Quote Driver: ZX5 LS MkII 9.5* (@ 9.0*) with 46.5" Ventus Blue 6X 3-wood: SIM 15* with Diamana Limited 75S 5-wood: RADspeed 18.5* with Motore X F3 60S 2i: ZX with SteelFiber i95 Stiff 4hy: TS3 23* with Tensei AV Blue 70 S 4i-7i ZX7, 8i-PW Z-Forged, Modus3 Tour 120 S 50*, 55* RTX 6 Modus3 Tour 125 60* RTX Full Face ZipCore DG Spinner S400 Putter: Toulon Chicago with a Quad Tour or HB SOFT Milled 10.5S with UST All-in Ball: Chrome Tour (but I might still have some Left Dashes hanging around) Bag: Ltd Edition Tartan, blue/green/yellow Using to keep track of my shots Tested: D7 Forged 3i-PW, KBS Tour-V 110S - Official Review Blind Ball Test (Ball #3 vs Ball #4) - Unofficial Review V3 GPS Watch + Tags - Official Review Vero X2 - Official Review The Stack System - Official Review

TR1PTIK
I typically take some granola bars. Other snacks that I have made into by bag are beef jerky, almonds, and various types of fruit. I've also been known to grab a Snickers bar from the pro shop or cart girl as well as a gatorade or something. If I'm really starved for more of a "meal" I'll get a hotdog or hamburger and some chips. Very rarely do I drink on the golf course, but it does occasionally happen - though no more than a beer or two. I ALWAYS make sure I have water which lately has required one or two 20oz insulated bottles and a much larger water carrier to replenish them with. ED13
I always bring a protein bar with me. Also eat Babybel cheese at times even though it barely qualifies as real cheese. Drink water on the course, equivalent of around 2 bottles per nine. On high temperature and humidity days I may get a gatorade at the turn. I find gatorade syrupy sweet so cut about 75% water to 25% gatorade.
