What kind of mobile device do you use?

The first thing I did when I got a new phone was root it, wipe it, and install custom ROM's that allowed even more flexibility and control, but, as I understand it, knox locks down the ability to truly root without bricking your phone (at least the last time I read up on it).

I had different pictures of him rotated both as a screen saver and desktop wallpaper for a couple of weeks after he won the maters last year, my coworker did not talk to me the entire time

I had iOS devices for work and hated them, but I suspect it had more to do with the apps we had to use than the devices. One of my main problems with iPhones was the lack of an app drawer. I hate a cluttered desktop, whether it is a computer, phone, or tablet.

I used to root my phones all the time, I loved changing the rooms to see how much more I could get out of it, I might look for an unlocked non Samsung android just to goof around and see what I could make out of it.

Lol, how many times did you run various benchmarks to see how you were doing?

I did it more as a hobby. I rooted the Huawei, but that was only because I got so used to being able to run real ad blockers that the ads really pissed me off. Now I've kind of gotten used to ads.

I know what you mean, because I use my primary phone for work too, and we work we the dod, rooted phones are a no no, fireable offense, so I need to find a side device just to goof around.

I'm a Pixel 3XL user...the rest of my family are iPhone users.  I get asked to take photos from my phone all the time, lol.

iPhone. Went to android for 2 years and went right back to iPhone way more user friendly

I was an Android user for a long time before giving the iphone a shot. I love it. It works for me but I don’t think that either system is “superior” to the other.

My last two phone have been an Apple SE. Because they were the smallest phones on the display. I hate big phones.

I’ve had Android, and I’ve had Apple, and I don’t know if either is just better than the other. Each has their strong points, and faults as well. I like the screen clarity and picture quality better with the Android phones, but I much rather the apps and interface of the Apple.

I don’t think I’d go back to an Android because we have an iMac, iPads, Apple TV, etc. Makes zero sense to go anywhere other than Apple for compatibility.

Android all the way. Currently using a One Plus 7 Pro. I'm a bit of a tech/gadget geek. I also didn't wanna get tied down to the pricey apple eco system.

iPhone. With at least two technically challenged people in the household and another 600mi away, it was difficult to troubleshoot/help with questions over the phone.  Everyone’s phone was different!

At least with IOS we all have a consistent interface and I think Apple does a better job of keeping the phones up to date for a longer time.  Samsung burned me twice, never again.

I'm a android guy all the way, had a Nokia with the flashing battery pack, HTC 3D which was a joke, and then Samsung Galaxy phones rest of the way. I stopped upgrading my phone after the Samsung Galaxy S8+ because well I just couldn't afford to. Phones are ridiculously priced, as much or more than a laptop. As long it can browse the internet and make phone calls, I'm a happy camper.
