I wish I could point to wedge play as to my round yesterday, I'm still searching to see how it was possible for me to shoot 38/57

If anyone has an answer for that, I'm all ears.   Oh yeah, you only have to look at the video thng I just posted in the practice thread, that'll explain the 58 part at leat, the 38 part will remain a miracle...ha

My bag is actually good right now and for the record I haven’t changed putters in a few months.

So the odds of you showing up with the putter you are playing right now are greater than me showing up with the irons I have right now?   Would love to see the oddsmakers work on that.

Driver is on season 2, three wood is an old one but back in the bag (I think it is about 10 years old), 5 wood all this season, irons are new but just new versions of my old irons and wedges are on season #3. I am getting better. My wife would say the shock therapy is working.

Name a putter and I more than likely own it or have owned it at some point. The LAB Golf putters work for me. First conventional length putter I have used since college that I have confidence in.

Actually you didn't have a spot since it was for woods   But you're welcome anyway

 I think we have the 5 spots filled.  So I'll be sending over the link once we start setting tee times.  Going to give everyone another week to commit to tee times or not.

If I’m in the way of someone who is a likely buyer I’ll back out.  I’m primarily hoping to get a professional’s assessment of what grinds I should be playing, but I’d say the chances of me buying on the spot are 20-30% at best.   If someone is truly likely to buy and I’m in the way of them getting fit they can have my spot…

Thank you both, I think anyone that was seriously interested would have popped up by now.  But I'm sure there will be the opporutnity while they are there if someone wants to jump in and take someone elses spot, then that'd be fine.  

There is absolutely zero pressure to buy or order anything that day.  But I want to make sure we have each slot full for them, if it's only to an education or to learn about their wedges/irons they are totally fine with that.

Hey Guys...I was waiting to get a final confirmation on few things before putting the final call out there, so I have it all now.

First and foremost there are maybe 3 spots left if anyone wants to make it and that includes spots in the cottage.   However, full payment of $232 would need to be in this week for the cottage.  

A couple golf only spots are open as well for either/both days but payment would need to be in for those by Wednesday the 27th. 

So I will send a seperate message to the guys staying on site with some details, but for those listed below I have you down for golf only.   Please send me your payment by Wednesday the 27th.   If you need my paypal or venmo PM me.

These type get togethers are great.  They are also the reason I am completly honest about my game on the itnernet.  Can you imagine bragging about 330 yard drives, and being a +3 handicap that had a real shot on tour if not for a couple bad breaks.  Then end up playing with a group from the forum and they see your real game, and you try to push it off as "sore back" or "working on a few things"   LOL   Sounds hilarious, but I've actually seen it!!

Tell you what, it's why I'm happy when people discussed the idea of practice rounds and range time, I almost posted "Nolan Ryan didn't throw BP, and Berg Ryman doesn't practice." Thank god I didn't because my chipping is in absolute shambles right now, will be putting in some work for sure.

I’m no pro my friend I’m a mid 90s golfer on courses I know. Playing new courses I’ll be happy to shoot 100 I’m not a low capper but any means. I’m going to have fun it’s not about trying to impress anyone

I haven't lied about my game but I am really a 13 yo girl that likes to blast K-Pop on my bluetooth speaker while playing...hope y'all are OK with that!!

No lies here either, just wish I wasn’t coming in rusty.  I always want to play well  but especially at a “new” and nice course.
